Supposed to be M/L, it was too small! Doubt it would fit the wife even.

The mask arrived speedily. I have quite a full beard, and it fits well. Not too tight or too loose. It ties in a bow at the back, with adjustable loops over the ears, so is much more comfortable than masks which have non-adjustable elastic loops. This does mean it takes longer to put on and take off. My solution is to slip the loops off my ears when out in the street, and wear the mask round my neck - then it’s quick and easy to re-hook the loops when entering a shop, cafe etc.

Received these masks and very happy with them.

So far so good got it for better protection also to try and stop dents to my beard which will take time to come out from other masks but overall its a great mask 😷

This is the second time k have used this company... I can not fault the quality and the service.

Had wanted them for travelling on holiday but have not arrived in time Found the mask on Amazon but went direct to the company wanting to support an independent business. Now wishing I had gone via Amazon as it’s now Friday having ordered Sunday and at least with Amazon I would most likely have received it. 5 working days should have been more than enough time. UPDATE Downgraded from 3 to 1 star now as 12 days since I ordered and 11 days since they texted saying dispatched but still no delivery. Also dubious about any business when they do respond on a complaint (not that they have actually done anything to resolve) don’t actually supply their name

I've bought these mask before and love them. They're so comfortable and secure to wear over a beard. My third time ordering and I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. With delivery and a customs charge this cost me €60. I've tried numerous ways to find out about an exchange/refund but haven't had any reply, either through the store on Etsy or through the BritishMask website. I won't be ordering any more from this site again
