I had an excellent experience with Brotherhood Support. I had questions about the program, and they were answered quickly and fully. Due to my own error about time zones, I had signed up for the group only to find out I couldn't make any of the calls. Brotherhood Support got back to me promptly and refunded my money. The communications were professional and warm: like I was being handled by someone who had my best interest in mind. So impressed.

I was drawn to this organization by its message--I'm even more interested in them now that I have experienced their high level of care.

There’s truly so much to say about this whole program and what Alex has done. I’ve tried rewriting this like three times now. 🤓
I myself have been on a journey to understand who and what the hell I am and how I can heal, for a long time.
Masculine containment was never totally on my radar. And even though I’ve done incredible work, inside, to hear someone say that masculine containment wasn’t on the radar, after having been through Alex’s brotherhood, I can tell you now that comparatively, is a little insane. 😆
I see myself as having been a baby and a little boy compared to where I’m at now, which is more a man than I’ve ever been. We’re talking about energy here, integration, and the essence of containment.

This isn’t just “Mens work”, truly, what’s being done here is the beginning of the golden age that is springing up in mens hearts. A man learning to contain himself is a man learning to love his woman like even she’s never experienced in her whole life. It’s a man learning how to contain the world, and therefore change it for the better, and for good.

The beauty of what Alex is doing here is that he is living in and embodies the energy of actual masculine containment.
So even if somebody isn’t following along with what is being shared and taught, if they’re struggling, they can’t help but be affected by that energy. They are already literally contained in even interacting with the strongest of energies. Which is that of a man contained.
Logistically, Alex provides some really cool and thoughtful as well as intuitive exercises. One of which helped me to affirm and connect with my own feminine in a way I’ve never experienced before nor did I even consider a possibility. How freaking amazing is that?! The first time I did the exercise I started grieving and weeping for that part of me finally coming into contact with the warmth of my love and care, she being sequestered my whole life.. ❤️‍🩹

There are also breakout groups where men get to be accountable with other men. And not just accountable, they get to experience containment in the container as a hole and also together in the smaller groups. And there’s no value that can be placed on that. One’s life-changing for the better is priceless.

I’ll share lastly, that this brotherhood containment group has been so powerful that I myself am beginning to craft offerings for brothers and sisters that I know of that can greatly use the help.

So yeah, I recommend joining the brotherhood:)

The Brotherhood is a true container for men to be inspired by men, and become better partners. It is inspiring in a very realistic way. You can feel the support, you get a sense of the experience of so many other men, and still you have to walk your own path: it's all on you. The sense of responsibility is there 100%, but in company. I can't recommend it enough! On the other hand, Alex is very authentic in his approach, and this is gold. He teaches what he has tested and he talks the walked path. His own dedication provides a safe and solid support.

The Brotherhood will upgrade you and your relationship. Going through the Brotherhood container gave me new perspectives on myself and how I show up in my relationship. It has helped my wife and massively in our communication and connection. I would highly recommend for any man, who knows he is capable of being a better man and partner.

Well my wife and I got immediate positive results just with me listening to one of Alex’s podcasts that my wife shared with me . I thought , “if one podcast can do that then what benefits would I be able to tap into by joining the 3rd container?” I can tell you that it is the hardest work I’ve ever done but it has yielded the most benefits I have had in over 30 years of being married. I not only found my wife I found the person I love to laugh with and just spend time with. This container has helped the business my wife and I own as well yield over $20k multiple times since I have been using the tools I’ve learned here. A life-changing experience. Genuinely an education I wish every man received before the world got its hands on him.

I came in thinking I knew how to handle myself. Ten weeks later I realized I'd spent years white-knuckling my emotions instead of actually holding them. This isn't theory — it's practice, repetition, and getting shown in real time where you leak energy, where you collapse, where you perform strength instead of having it.

If you actually show up. Not just physically, but let yourself be seen in the rooms, you will not walk out the same man who walked in. I didn't.

I can't recommend this enough to anyone who's tired of managing themselves and ready to actually master themselves.

The Brotherhood Society brings together men from all around the world into a supportive space where sharing means being heard without judgement and understanding that you aren't alone in your experiences. The material is well presented, easy to understand and there are plenty of opportunities to ask questions. From the learning I have better understood what my partner needs from me and more of how to understand the way she needs communication to work to feel seen and heard.

Alex is a great instructor and I would recommend to anyone.

Willingness! The tools that Alex teaches are some of the most simple principles… but only if you have the willingness to want something/EVERYTHING to be better. The amount of willingness to commit to yourself is the determining factor in life, Alex and his team give structure to the daily insanity that defines us. The Brotherhood is truly that, creating lasting relationships with men that are loving, caring, and leaders in containment.

Every man in the world needs this!!! I can’t say that enough. This is the structure I needed for myself and for my relationship and my business.

What I love about Alex's teachings is the focus on self mastery. Before the container I was stuck in "fix it" mode. My wife would express dissatisfaction and I would try and fix it. What I realize now is I was only making things worse and in turn lost myself along the way.

Alex's teachings and the support of the brotherhood have given me the tools to help understand my wife's intensity and how I can step into a leadership role to help her move through her emotions in a contained way.

Not the alpha bro bravado & egotistical garbage, but also not neutered and passive.

This has been truly life changing. And that's not being dramatic or embellished at all.
After a serious rupture and heated argument with my fiancé, I discovered the Brotherhood through social media. Honestly, I signed up with skepticism and hesitation.
After the first initiation and then the first container. I knew Alex was on to something.
Something that I had never thought of.
And then I began to see where I had consistently failed, Alex had succeeded.
I now have completely transformed as a man, and have gained the ability to show up in my relationship as a source of comfort, safety and guidance, even in chaotic moments, evolving from the combative, argumentative boy who let his inner child run his life.

This has been the most pivotable experience of my life. I've done plant ceremonies, have had life coaches etc and Masculine containment was the missing piece. Talk about Devine timing. I was about to leave my 10 year relationship and a friend shared one of Alex's posts. It resonated so much that I decided to join the brotherhood. Where do I start? Before the container i was stressed overwhelmed, growing and seeking different ways to be or manage life/myself but feeling overburdened and unable to hold what ive built in life and my relationship.

As I continued with the practices and showing up consistently to the zoom calls something changed energetically within me and I had a language to understand all of the trials and tribulations which I kept repeating and going backwards.

I have so much more space within and there's no going back from here the knowledge gained within ill keep forever and consistently come back to and apply at deeper layers, its like having a little cheat book in relationship so I can truly experience the best of her whilst she gets the best of me!
