Placed order Sept 6,2024 Order#528305 AFTER 12 days of not seeing my order ship I start to reach out to the company sent multiple emails finally get a response back and they tell me that my order is on back order for weeks and they’ll let me know when it ships out. Never was I informed I was purchasing a product that I would not get in a reasonable amount of time. after multiple emails, I keep asking for my order to be canceled and they keep telling me that they can’t. It’s in the final stages even though I just got an email telling me it’s backordered for weeks and I wouldn’t get it. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I’m beyond disgusted at this company and how they treat their customers. all you would’ve had to do is let me know before I gave you my money that I would not be getting my order for months or weeks and leave it up to me to make the decision if I want you to have my money while I wait for a product from you.

I placed an order on December 29th for items that were all in stock. I reached out at the end of January when I checked my order status and nothing had shipped. I was told one of the items was now out of stock so I canceled that one item and was told shipping would be in a week. A shipping label was created on February 8th and again I was told it would ship the next week. It’s March 17th and my order has still not shipped. I have tried to cancel the order but can’t get anyone to respond to me. This is beyond terrible customer service. Don’t buy from this company!

I was told that I could have free shipping with a little more $. I doubled my order and never received free shipping. I tried to contact customer service and constantly received "error message".

Do not order if you actually want what you paid for! I have been sent tracking links to addresses in America and been told my item has been sent! I’m in Cambridgeshire Uk. I contacted them with my name and order number: they are always very polite but will actually do nothing except tell me to check back in a few days if my order hasn’t arrived- they may even be bots who reply who knows? But for £50 it would be nice to get what I ordered.
