Disappointed i didn't get what i ordered
I ordered some 4mm bungee cord and some 6mm hooks to make up custom trailer cover hold downs, the items were promptly dispatched but the hooks i have received are 8mm not 6mm as ordered, I really can't be bothered with all the hassle of a return etc, and although i have been able to work round this i'm disappointed that i didn't get what i ordered.

All I wanted was 6 Bungee Clips.
All I wanted was 6 Bungee Clips.. their acknowledgement of order said 12.. made 7 calls on the 11th Apl and again 5 calls on the 14th to see if I could change it before matters went too far but no one answered. Sent emails not an answered - so being charged over £28.00 would you be happy with their after sales

what made my experience great was the fact that the quality of the bungee straps I bought from THE BUNGEE STORE i can only call excellent quality compared to others being sold on the internet I urge anybody looking for bungee straps to seriously consider THE BUNGEE STORE first you wont be disappointed.The delivery is also first class.
