My business reached out to The Business Toolkit to create a professional logo for our brand. Within a few days, we had a call scheduled and Barbara walked me through what the process look like, asked me what I envision for the logo, and they sent me the first round draft today. I was blown away with the level of professionalism and accuracy of what they presented for our logo. Barbara and the team nailed it on the first try! Great work, and the only thing I want to mention about The Business Toolkit is they are not actually copywriting your logo. They only can make a copyrighten logo that you actually have to go copyright on your own. Also the quality of their work has taken my business to new heights. Lastly, make sure your understand the whole process and quote other companies bc some of the work they did was a lot cheaper with other companies.

I had to request multiple revisions because my representative kept making errors on wording and spelling. The response time was too long also.

The Business Toolkit, took my vision for a logo and brought it to life. They made the process so easy and it was reasonably priced. I completed the online form, received a call, discussed my vision and made my payment.

In just a few days time, what I thought was a good logo was transformed into something great.

I will have to say 5 stars is not enough for these guys. I started off with just wanting them to update my logo to give it a little more flair. Well once they did that I saw what they were capable of and asked for a website. I cannot tell you how satisfied we are with the website, we love the site it is bad ass IMO. I have had some sites built before and have had to make revision after revision, with these guys 1 revision and done AMAZING!!!! If you need a logo, if you need a website not only is the quality and professionalism top notch but I don't think you can beat the prices either its like a win win.... Thanks guys LOVE IT ALL!!!!

I was greatly impressed with the outcome of my business logo order. The team was timely, professional, and delivered exactly what I envisioned. Their attention to detail and responsiveness made the entire process smooth and efficient. I fully intend to continue providing my business to them and look forward to using their services again in the future.

The one star is for the logos purchased from this business. They were good, but this issue is with how business is conducted after. I purchased additional products from this business paid the money but never received the products. I would not recommend this business at this time.

Update: The issue mentioned in my original review has now been resolved, and I did receive the additional products I paid for. While the situation did occur and I do not feel it would be honest to change this to a 5-star review, I am updating my rating to 4 stars based on how seriously they took the problem and how hard they worked to make it right.

Once the products were delivered, the quality was high and consistent with the good experience I had with the logos previously purchased. I would be willing to give The Business Toolkit another chance when I need to reorder, and I appreciate the opportunity for them to keep us as a client moving forward. At this time, I would recommend them, as it seems likely they have addressed whatever caused the issue.
