Great communication and the cake was absolutely stunning — it smelled amazing too! Delivery was quick and straightforward, and it even arrived earlier than expected, which was a lovely surprise. Got off to a bad start as I ordered the Avengers cake for my godson to arrive on his birthday. I had not heard anything by 4pm so rang the company as I had no notification of delivery. I am not sure if my order had been overlooked. However the company pulled all the stops out to get the cake delivered personally by a lovely chap called Assin who drove from Stockport to deliver. Haven't cut into the cake as yet but it looks great , personalised , and I am sure my godson will love it.

Amazing serivce and wonderful well received cake. I recommend and will be ordering again.

Absolute joke of a company,
Cake hadn't set when it was sent so it came destroyed.
Had to chase them for a call back/response 6 times as they kept fobbing me of with someone will call back in 5/hour/ by this time by that time. Until I threatened to take it further.
Refund should arrive in 5 working days but a week later there's still nothing nor an email to confirm. They were adamant they sent the email yet 24hrs later the email comes in. They had no intentions of giving a refund and thought I'd drop it.
Would recommend tesco and any other supermarket as you pay for what you get and are less likely to be disappointed

Ordered a custom Roblox cake for my son Tristan’s 6th birthday and The Cake Daddy absolutely smashed it. The design was exactly what he’d pictured – bright colours, crisp details, even little edible figures – and it arrived in perfect condition thanks to their rock-solid packaging.

Taste-wise it was just as impressive: super-moist sponge, rich buttercream and not a dry crumb left once the candles were blown out. Guests kept asking where we’d got it from, and Tristan’s still buzzing about his Roblox cake.

Delivery was bang on time, customer service was friendly and the whole process felt smooth from start to finish.

Can’t fault a thing – five stars all day. Thanks for making my lad’s birthday extra special!

I ordered a unicorn cake for a 3year old with less than 48 hours notice. The cake arrived at the time and date promised and was beautiful. The birthday girl was really pleased, she'd asked for a chocolate sponge with pink icing hence why I panicked and had to have it made! The cake itself was lovely tasting too. I'd definitely order again. Very happy customer

Ordered a Spider-Man cake for my son’s 5th birthday, was meant to have his name on it, arrived on Friday 23rd May and is nothing what was pictured on their site. Piping work for the webbing was fallen off, his name was completely missing all that was stuck on was an M not even a case of the letters falling off as they weren’t in the box. The cake itself was very dry when we cut into it and ate it the next day. Was offered a 10% refund on the 23rd May and then 20% refund on the 29th May still yet to see any money back, even though was told it would take 3 working days to process. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, was my first and last time using this company.

I did feel a bit apprehensive as the order process seemed a bit impersonal. I sent a photograph of the cake I wanted and paid as directed. The communication was via what’s app. However, on the day /time agreed my cake arrived and it was perfect! Every detail was as per the picture ( a Victoria Secret cake). It was for my Grandaughters birthday. It was a huge success!thank you Cake Daddy. You did a great job!

Needed a last minute cake for my daughter's 6th birthday and was very apprehensive about ordering from an online bakery but the cake arrived in fabulous condition. It was packaged very well (too well in fact - it took me ages to open the box 🤣) and actually looked like the online photo. There was more than enough to go around (almost 30 children) with plenty of leftovers. It tasted as good as it looked too. Thank you ☺️

Had to call up a couple times regarding delivery asked for it to be delivered to my workplace but had still not arrived at the end of the day… sent specific info regarding delivery had no response from my emails pre- delivery to check they had received info. The cake was nice, although when I got it the macaroons on the doir cake looked disheveled , one had fallen out of its position and a small piece had broken off the other..!! Overall the cake did look nice but should have at £100 plus delivery for the smallest one
