Ordered bed throw back in Oct 25. I have not received it and have been led a merry dance with canned message responses from their supposed customer care dept and sent a fake tracking link. Website now offline so hopefully no-one else will be scammed.

Item never arrived and they would not give a refund unless I returned item. Had to report to fair trade. Don’t buy from this company

Now this is my second review,this company is a fraud company,when I complained to my bank about this scam,this company sent them so much information so much information on my purchase sheets,even my bank
believed them, I dispute the bank decision ,in the end they refunded me,

Agree with others - scam, would give zero stars. They have clearly gone bust. It's been over 4 months and even after numerous follow ups, no update to tracking or products received. My last follow up had an email bounce-back. I have had successful deliveries previously, but my order from 13th November 2025 never arrived, and clearly won't now that the website is gone and emails are bouncing.

1st 2 to 3 months got told items are on their way. ( Aug 2025 ) Ask to cancel due due to Christmas aproaching and get refund ( nov -dec 2025 ) told items had already been shipped
Now Feb March 2026 the website and all emails had halted
These ppl need to never trade etc

I have had the same experience as other reviewers and just wish I had seen these reviews earlier. I ordered in early January and have still not received my products. I have chased them up numerous times and don't get any answers. I'm now checking how I can report this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Ordered mattress topper 29th December 2025. No response to many emails re when item will be received. Initially they respond saying "shipping issues".. It is now 18th March 2026. Nothing received and now not responding to emails. Definitely been scammed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Placed an order early December still haven't received my topper, that's nearly 4mths ago, scam.

I ordered my sherpa october 8th 2025 its now march 2026 i have still not received my item, I've emailed until blue in the face i got same reply the first 5 emails saying demand is high that's why you're order is delayed that was in first month now its 4 month's later and I don't get replies just ignored and the last 2 emails are coming back undelivered in my opinion its a scam steer well clear

Ordered my item 9 January and have still not received it. Emails sent to company answered once with a standard polite message. After that emails bounce back! Paid £98 and want it back. What is wrong with this company?

Absolute scam. Order placed 9th December, no delivery, no refund, all communications ignored, blocked on Facebook. Don't purchase #scam

Purchased a mattress topper 6 Dec2025. I have e-mail tracking details several times. By 23 Jan 2026 the item STILL hadn’t been dispatched. This is when I requested a full refund. They denied me this and had the cheek to offer me a discount on my next purchase. I am still trying to get my money back. Now 7 March they are bouncing my e-mails. WATCH OUT, THEY ARE FRAUDSERS.

This company is a scam through and through. Purchased the mattress topper back in early November 2025 and since December I’ve been constantly chasing this up. First it was peak shipping season, then manufacturing issues, then peak shipping season again. I’ve been asking for refunds since early December to which they say it’s already been sent and I can only get one once I’ve received it and returned it. Even got a tracking number which hasn’t moved in almost 100 days. Now my emails are no longer through, put in a dispute with Afterpay but this company responds to them saying it’s on its way. I wish I had seen reviews from this company before I purchased. Absolutely appalling company that needs to be taken down

I bought and paid via PayPal a mattress topper
After a week I started to wonder about my order
I sent numerous emails, some which bounced back!! 🚩
I got PayPal onto, thank goodness
They couldn’t get a response either
Luckily I got my money back
Do Not use this website
Always use PayPal

Item ordered in November 2025 as of writing March 2026, still nothing, several emails back and forth each one saying "we appreciate your patiences blah blah blah , delay in shipping blah blah blah " have given up hope of ever recieving what we purchased ....last email was never replied too..I'd never shop with these guys again and advise no one else too if asked...

Should be zero stars. Complete scam. Never received product. They refuse to refund. Keep telling you it’s delayed. Been months now. They need to be shut down immediately!!

This company is a scam. If a 2nd enquiry is made about the non delivery of an item an email is sent saying
" There was a temporary problem while delivering your message to Gmail will retry for 23 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently. " Still no tracking order or delivery after placing an order 7 weeks ago

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They take your money, don’t deliver goods, send you generic emails stating busy delivery time. It’s been 8 weeks and they haven’t responded in a month. I have reported and now there is a investigation opened.
