We’re a sister-brother duo, selling candles that smell like our childhood think rose Falooda on hot afternoons, nani’s hugs, and the garam chai your mum makes. The comforting kind of scents that wrap around you like a shawl. My brother Hari is the original Candlewala, he has cerebral palsy. We started this together and what began as a side project soon became something bigger: a way to share warmth, joy, and the magic of being British Indian. Every candle is hand-poured with soy wax, cotton wick, vegan ingredients and no nasties. We keep things clean, calm and quietly nostalgic. And because kindness is a big part of what we do, we donate 50p from every order to cerebral palsy charities supporting families just like ours.
