I'm really not happy because they…

I'm really not happy because they advised me after I placed my order with you that the items I ordered were not available which they didn't even call me to let me know this and they've waited for me to call them 2 hours after this has happened and all they can do is give me my order tomorrow or refund me, I have asked for refund and this takes 7-10 working days which is even more disappointing. I understand you guys are busy but I should have still been informed that my items weren't available however instead I've had to wait 2 hours to then call and be told that they aren't available

Absolutely poor

Absolutely poor, they never even showed up and wont give me a refund, when I called the lady did not care at all. Never order a delivery from The candy Shop Hull!!
