Less than 1/3 of the order was received (in a sealed box). When I questioned the non-arrival of the bulk of the order twice only the 2nd time elicited the response of "we will look into it". Not a peep or delivery since. Customer care is terrible.

They are a legit company not scammers or anything like that. Got my order today and customer service was great as my postman lost my parcel then “found” i. Emails the team and got a super fast reply.

Delivery was very fast, all the items I’ve ordered was carefully packaged especially the drinks. I enjoyed exploring all the treats with my siblings we even rated each one out of 10 and defo would be ordering some more as I picked up on my favourites :)

I can't fault The Candy Superstore at all - website easy to use, purchasing process again, quick and easy and the automated comms is spot on.
The customer service is absolutely outstanding. Unfortunately, we had lot of issues with my order due to DPD, but the moment I got in touch with the company direct, they were in touch everyday until my problem was resolved.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
