Terrible company and I would never use them again.
Due to the response with dealing with a delivery issue, unsupportive and disinterested to help. The courier had left my parcel in the recycling bin, which then got emptied, no card left to advise me where the parcel was left. Took ages for candy works to respond to a message. Candyworks wouldn’t help with dealing with yodel either.
Poor customer service. I bought these items for a business that I was just starting up.

pick n mix- only included half the sweets I chose
I ordered a custom pick and mix but a few of the sweets I had chosen hadn’t been included, this meant I wasn’t left with much variety. Be aware of this if you are getting a pick n mix.
They gave me the wrong order and took days to respond
They gave me the wrong order, I complained, they took 2 weeks to reply, i replied instantly, they took another 5 days to reply, and then leave me on read when I ask for a reshipment. Awful brand.
4kg tub amazing quality
Our team at work got the 4kg tub as we are sweetie fiends. We absolutely loved these and they lasted longer than 24h which was a bonus. Will recommend and we will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered two bags of the pick n mix dried freeze sweets, one bag had a lot more in than the other and I’m sure one of the chosen sweets is missing. But still the sweets received are all yummy.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve emailed for help asking where the parcel is but there’s been no reply. Yodel have “lost” my parcel and seller’s intervention is needed for further action. I can’t get hold of the company so nothing can be done. This gift will no longer reach its intended receiver. There is no transparency either. The seller should know the status of every order they fulfil. I’m so disappointed.

All the sweets were out of date . And there were so many crumbs.

Ignored and the worst customer service….
I ordered a pick a mix bag of sweets at the start of December and one delivery it contained a voucher that if I reviewed a positive review on trust pilot I’d get a free bag of sweets. The sweets came and they were a 50p bag of corner shop bubble gum bottles which stunk and even after specifying I was gluten free the bag was half full of sweets containing wheat or gluten so half had to be thrown out due to my intolerance. When I emailed to express this I received no response. I tried via social media and sent 3 other emails and got no response from anyone or any customer contact. I felt my money had been taken from me and that this company does not care in the slightest to make things right with their customers. Would never recommend again and am aware of some very bad experiences from others too. It used to be a lovely company but had gone so down hill in the last few years. An acknowledgement does not go a miss….. despite being ignored I’ve since had texts and emails trying to market new products all whilst my concerns have been ignored.

Do not use this company. Ordered 15/1/24 received email 17/1/24 to say order was on its way and I am still waiting. I have been on Instagram and still actively posting however they are hiding their comments so assuming lots of people are not happy. I have msgd on Instagram as well as sending multiple emails. So angry as ordered for my son’s birthday.

I have tried contacting the company multiple times, over the course of a few months, with no response from them. So now I’m £80 down and can’t get hold of the company!! This has been going on since August and I have sent a email every few weeks with no response!! Disgusting!!
Disgusting
Ordered from this company back in 2020 and sweets were excellent quality. Ordered a 1kg of pick and mix in January 2024 and the sweets are vile - all cheap, stale, rock hard and almost definitely out of date. All taste disgusting. Really disappointing.
Will never order again.
Used to order and was very happy with what I received, until my last order. Ordered in December and was late arriving. I then received the order which was a Christmas present for someone. And all the drinks and freeze dried sweets were out of date (the longest date date being from July 2023) I have been emailing since the 21st December, they asked me to send photo proof and said I would get a refund once they saw the proof, it is now the 5th January and they have ignored every single one of my emailed and messages and I have not been emailed back nor have I been refunded. (They don’t answer emails or messages but still post over social media constantly). I will not stop trying to contact them until I get my refund, then after I will never order from them again.
Missing items and no response
I am leaving this review because I never received all my package I order and was charged the full amount on top of that I sent an email straight away(22 Dec 23) and as of today (1st of Jan 24) still have heard nothing this is so unprofessional

Do not use this service, I ordered a large bag of dry freeze candy for a gift for my daughter for Christmas. When I e-mailed to ask what was keeping my order as I had been waiting almost 2 weeks for delivery they reassured me that my order would with me with me in a day or 2. It’s now Christmas Eve and still no parcel delivered!!!! Absolutely disgusted!!! Steal your money from you !!! Scumbags !!!!!
