Bespoke beautiful bali

Hayley booked our trip to Bali and from the moment of our exploration call she just got what we wanted.

She stuck to the budget discussed and gave us options to choose from.

Ahead of our trip global events meant flights were constantly shifting and she kept on top of all of those changes, I doubt we even heard about some of them. It was so reassuring to know someone was over all the details and took away the worry.

The trip was booked from flight to transfers and hotels and the itinerary was so easy to follow.

Hayley had also been to the area personally and she gave us recommendations of things to do and places to eat.

We needed to check something while we were in-country and she was helpful and responsive despite time difference.

The whole thing felt personal without being overbearing and we would, indeed already have recommended Hayley to friends.

Highly recommend

I have used Hayley to book 2 trips to the USA in the past few years. Both times she was able to offer a range of options and was so patient whilst we made our decisions. She was an excellent communicator and had a great range of knowledge. I would not hesitate to use Hayley again in the future.
