I would first of all like to say how amazing The Canvasbag team is! Even though there was a little bit of an incovenience they handled it very professionally and effectively! The bag was delivered and is beautifull! I can not wait to go on a trip and pack in my new favorite bag! All recommendations to anyone who is interested in ordering from The canvas Bag!

I wish I could say I received the bag and it's everything I wanted, however almost three months later I still haven't received it. "Mike" from Customer Service, however, has never left my emails unanswered even if it takes a day or two to get a reply. At this moment the bag has been sitting in Madrid for almost a month (since July 19th) "Pendiente de entrada en red". Been waiting for a feedback from "Mike" on this for three days now.

Hope to receive the bag shortly but I don't think I will order from The Canvas Bag again, even though there are other items that I would definitely consider.

The only reason I give them 3 stars is because Customer Service is responsive, even if not so fast with their responses and I still hope to receive the bag ... eventually ... hopefully still in 2021 :)

update Sept 1st: Finally received my Brooklyn shoulder bag and, even if it's a bit bigger than I expected, it didn't disappoint. It is very sturdy, lots of pockets with and without zippers, very well distributed. The straps seem a bit stiff, but I am sure that with time they will soften. I upgraded my rating to 4 stars because the product is good and customer service is responsive. However, even if they explain the problems, they don't seem to be able to fix them speedily. Three and half months to receive one bag is bit too much.

Ordered a bag, its very comfortable and good quality, had little troubles with shipping addres but stuff is so great they helped really quick and shipped my item.

The only thing was that the bags didn’t arrive in time. But maybe that really was out of everyone’s control. Costumer service was on it though, and kept in close touch with me, answering all my questions (and they were many). And they did arrive at the end. Thank you.

Sometimes things don't work out as we want. My first shipping disappeared...maybe the courier turned to the right instead for turning to the left.
Anyway The Canvas Bag didn't let me down and send me a new shipping that came today...and its as great as I Expected

I have now purchased a Messenger bag and the Patrick backpack and both are awesome. They easily hold everything I need to carry on a daily basis, the craftsmanship is outstanding and they look super cool. I have had many compliments on both. Go with the cool kids… buy one. Worth the cost for sure!
