This is how customer service should be. We worked together to get the right size canvas which was of a very high quality, I received the canvas in very good time and can strongly recommend this company.

With a very informative and user friendly website (particularly in respect of the maximum recommended size of print for my photograph), I found the ordering process entirely straightforward.

Having subsequently thought of a potential issue with the reproduction of my supplied file, I made contact by E-mail and received a very quick and professional response.

The final print arrived earlier that I anticipated, was of excellent quality and incredibly well packaged.

All in all, a very positive experience and I would have absolutely no hesitation in using The Canvas Print Studio again.

As for the prints - stunning! Two canvas prints of favourite places on the Isle of Lewis, as a Christmas present for the photographer. The colours are a close match with my (reasonably well calibrated) laptop monitor, and the overall tone and sharpness as intended during processing.

We've used the cheaper canvas printing companies previously and whilst great for temporary exhibits they don't view well from all angles and lack texture. We are therefore thrilled with our new canvas from The canvas Print Studio as it has great depth of colour and a beautiful finish and has reproduced our oil painting amazingly well. It also views well from all angles. Very happy and great communication along the way.

The requested proof for approval arrived within 3 days of the order and the final product was received 3 days later. Very good quality product. Well packed.

Amazing customer service even remotely! Colour proofs made a world of difference to my confidence as I ordered my first canvas wrap for a client. They took my professional image and translated the colour balance without even seeing the original artwork. Needless to say the results came quicker than I had hoped & well packaged. The print captured all the relief detail so much so I am contemplating buying one for myself and selling the original painting! Will use this company again I am sure!

First class experience throughout. The website was very easy to use and helped us choose and check the best photo and sizing to use with the wrapped canvas. We asked for a proof before payment so we could see the colours and quality. This arrived quickly and gave us confidence to proceed. The canvas arrived soon after. Very well packaged! This was my first experience with The Canvas Print Studio. I sent in two very different images, and I'm extremely impressed with the results. Excellent quality prints, mounted on good strong frames. Turn-around time and communication was excellent. Highly recommended.

This was the first time that I had ordered canvas prints before so was a little nervous about what the final output would look like.

Joanna from the Canvas Print Studio team pro actively checked with me regarding some queries she had about my order to ensure that they had understood my request correctly. The concept of providing proofs is an excellent idea to check exactly what the final print would look like (would definitely recommend this especially for the first order).

The proofs and then final prints arrived promptly and are of very high quality.

All in all a very positive experience and outstanding prints at a very reasonable price!

My first time using The Canvas Print Studio, and had a wonderful experience dealing with them. They were very helpful in working through my requests with me, and every communication at every point along the way was friendly and personal. Two canvases were ordered, and they arrived just when I needed them. They were both packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition. The first thing I noticed even before removing the protective wrap was that the frames were top quality - heavy, rigid, and a step above the standard frames used by most cheap online print shops. The corners are fitted with wedges to allow tightening in the future if needed, which is another nice touch not seen at the cheaper print shops.

The canvases themselves were just fantastic quality - right away you can see the difference in the material itself having a more "fabric" and less plastic look to it, and the pigment inks used are the same type I use for standard photos, so I know they'll look great for many years, as well as surviving the odd splash here and there. This is again a step above other outlets, with cheaper looking and feeling media and inks that run if a drop of water touches them. Colours were spot on too, which is great to see.

I keep saying "cheaper" when talking about the big online print shops, but the reality is that there isn't actually that much of a price difference once you factor in the free shipping on orders over £20. The shipping fees from some of the big print places ends up taking up most of the difference in cost anyway, and for what would actually be only a small saving, the canvases supplied by these guys are in a different league when it comes to quality!

We are absolutely delighted with the printed image we received. The quality and sharpness of the image is stunning and it almost looks like the original. The service we received was prompt and friendly, we were contacted to clarify one or two queries and then the canvas arrived well within the time stated. A super service and we will be happy to use the Canvas Print Studio again! Many thanks.

Canvas Print Studio UK were fantastic in putting photos of the family to canvas. After scouring the internet for a good quality product, CPS were the only ones offering a cotton blend canvas (rather than the usual cheaper polyester). It is great quality and the images have been beautifully recreated. The communication after placing the order was open and easy. The canvas' were very well wrapped and protected. Would highly recommend.

Ordered two canvases of sunset photos. The final colours despite being a difficult subject were very accurate. I suspect we might be updating some of our older prints soon.

The packaging around the canvases was also exceptional. Each picture was individually bubble wrapped and cardboard divided from the other.

Very highly recommended.
