Car buying made easy
Came across thecarcloud on the Internet and through friends in Harrogate. The website was easy to navigate and setting up an account was really quick and easy. I spec'd out the various cars on my shortlist and requested for Tom at thecarcloud.com source one from immediate stock. I recieved a call the very next day from Mercedes with a car matching my requirements at one of their dealerships. Tom also followed this up with another courtesy call to ensure everything was OK, which it was. The best thing about the website I found was it was very clear on the price on offer and the level of discount I will receive. Ive never experienced these levels of discount from any retail dealerships ever. I will definitely be using thecarcloud again on my next purchase when the time comes and have already recommended to family members to get a piece of the action. The level of service from both Mercedes and thecarcloud was tip top. A great experience and had my brand new car within a week. Charlotte and Garry sorted out all the paperwork at Mercedes and all I had to do was sign the forms. 5 stars all round and a very happy customer. Andy - Harrogate
