This shop is really reliable.

This shop is really reliable.
They never cheat, and the speed of their service is really fast.

The only thing I want them to change is do not ask me to confirm myself every single time😂

Except this, every thing is perfect.

Exceptional and quick service

Exceptional and quick service. Even when I ran into complications with my order, it took me no more than 10 minutes to get in contact with customer support and have my problem resolved. And to think this was my first time using them. First impression do count. And they left BIG impression on me certainly.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered a google play card. Only to be told they only work in the USA!.
I asked for a refund as I live outside the USA and it was useless to me.
They point blank refused, when it would have been the most professional way to resolve things.
So a day later I changed my phone to a USA address and re-registered in the Google play shop. Only to be told the card had already been redeemed!.
So obviously the card had been sold to someone else.
A very unprofessional approach to a problem that could have been so easily resolved.
Stay away at all costs!.

Hello,

The Google Play gift card you purchased was a USA gift card and was sold as a USA gift card. You were told that you would have to create a new account in order to redeem the gift card and it is was clearly stated on our website that the card was a USA gift card. It also is stated on our website that we can not accept returns or exchanges for any reason as we no longer can guarantee the code is working and valid. If you need anything else please email us at support@thecardcloset.com.

Sincerely,
TheCardCloset

Easy to use

Easy to use. Been using them for 10+ years now. You get the card within a few minutes. I think they phoned me the very first time to check that I was me. But once verified you always get the cards right away.

Minus one star for recently raising prices.

Great & Easy to Use.

My experience using The Card Closet was great. Easy to use not confusing having to look for tips on how to use. I'd recommend to others 2 download and use.

Seems sketchy but VERY reliable

I've bought 3 different USA cards from Canada and all 3 have worked fine. The third time there was a bit of an issue where I needed to "verify" my account. Using my phone number didn't work so I contacted customer support. I expected to wait like, a day or more but the response was INSTANT. They (Tyler from customer support) asked for the order number and that was it. I gave the number, and my order went through a few minutes later. Great service and I'm 3 for 3 now and haven't been scammed! WOULD RECOMMEND!
