I am very happy to complete the Diploma in Psychology and Counselling. I did find it difficult to complete the course because of work and family commitments. Had to request for extensions and pay for it. Tutors did not check in and support. The response when support was requested at times was minimal.

Website easy to use, great experience
Website easy to use, loved the course content and how you get updates with the badges for when you complete each module. Didn't use the student support online but found it great to have this as backup help if needed. Had several phone calls to check if I needed anything so that was another great addition too. To be able to do the course in your own time appealed to me. Thought the feedback on the submitted assessments was pretty good to have rather than just to know you passed. Overall experience was awesome, looking to do some more courses in the near future.

the course is good but ive found that often i needed a little guidence and when you ring to talk to someone for assistance , no one is available and no one returns my calls. I find this frustrating and sometimes a teacher just seems to make things a little clearer.
