Course material was well presented and easy to follow, however some material needs to be updated to reflect changes made to software updates to remain consistent.
Tutors and support were quick to respond to queries and always helpful. I don't think constant feedback is required for every query, so I didn't respond most of the time because all I wanted to do was complete the certificates.

Variety of courses and personal growth.
The website was easy to navigate and offers a wide range of courses for everyone. The course itself was set up in an easy way to follow. The tutors are helpful and check in with you to see how things are going. Great course information and a good resource if you go for the printed copy. There is no pressure to study - you can work at your own pace. The subject materials are varied although I am just doing Xero and think there may be some updates due. I love the fact the results are instantaneous.

So far it's good, some things I've already known and some I haven't, so thats a good thing. Taking a little break for easter then back on tuesday the 7th. I'm not going to plow through it just take my time to go over things I've already completed b4 starting a new section. slow but steady is key to the way I do things.
