Thank you for your review of our services, sorry to hear your are less than 100% satisfied.
Researching your application I can see that you spoke to your advisor Alex who managed to get a great approval for your application. During your conversations with her you mention you were leaving the country for three weeks and will pick it up on your return. I understand Alex then advised you that your approval was valid for 30 days and the dealer agreed to hold the car, so long as we can guarantee pay out on your return.
The vast majority of finance offers are valid for 30 days, as was this one, so we informed you and the dealer that approval after this period was likely but could not be guaranteed.
I am very sorry if you felt rushed, that is not our style. I feel in this case options were provided, one of which was to get the car purchase finalised sooner rather than later to ensure you were able to purchase a car at all.
If there is anything else I can help with please do not hesitate to get in touch with us again.

Mixed Experience but Happy in the End
It was a mixed experience if I am completely honest. The staff were really helpful notably Alex and Toby did everything they could for me even on a Sunday, nothing was too much trouble. I had to do a lot of chasing for updates but I am an impatient person by nature so I can't fault them on communication really.
The one downside was I originally picked a brand new car for the 67 plate and was told everything was hunky dory to then be told the day before pick up that due to the car being unregistered the finance deal was no longer possible. I was quite disappointed with this last minute turn around and had to start the whole process from scratch, not to mention the humiliation of going back to the dealership to get my deposit refunded.
However the reason I've still rated 4* is that I eventually got a fantastic deal on a like-new 66 plate car that is being delivered tomorrow and am very happy with the eventual outcome. The whole process took just under 3 weeks from initial enquiry and the interest rate is phenomenal given my credit rating so overall I would use CLW again now I'm aware of their lender's parameters.
