I enquired about a car on Autotrader, I was put through to Iman who dealt with me with respect, patience and efficiency.
Everything was straight forward, no corners were cut. Delivered the car early as I was going on holiday too!

New (to me) Car from The Car Way
I've recently bought a car through the Car Way. The advertisement i found was via autotrader and things could be quite confusing as i was receiving communications from both autotrader and the car way dealership. however once i had fully commited to the car, The car way helped me understand what i was needing to do, which forms to fill out etc. They have great customer service. We selected a date that i could come collect the car and on arrival they had identified an issue that wasn't urgent but needed repairing. This was done quickly and efficiently and i've been enjoying my car ever since. From someone who is a bit sceptical about managing things mainly online, i cant recommend them enough. Not that ill be needing another car any time soon but should i ever need another one then i will be starting my search here. Thanks again Car Way!

Avoid!! Absolute despicable company. Will not admit that it's illegal to sell a car sold as seen as a dealership. Currently seeking legal advise and will be continuing down that route, They sold me faulty goods and evwn without a warranty they are still legally obligated to ensure the car is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, i only wanted that particular issue repaired. Awful company.

Bad attitude at point of sale!
It was hard work getting any information from the sales staff about one of their stock vehicles. I made a genuine enquiry and the salesperson was offhand and abrupt. I consider myself lucky as if I had purchased a car and something had not been quite right I would have received no support. Bad company.

The only requests we were unable to fulfill were the video and a photo of the service history. As per our company policy, videos are only provided for distance sales, and service documentation cannot be shared via photo due to GDPR regulations.
We also noticed that out of the eight reviews you’ve written, six are one-star. Avoid at All Costs – Terrible Service and Faulty Car
I bought a car from this dealer just three weeks ago, and it's been a nightmare since day one. Shortly after purchase, I noticed a crack in the front windscreen that appeared out of nowhere. When I contacted the dealer, they were extremely rude and unprofessional—blaming me for the damage and taking no responsibility whatsoever. I had to go through my insurance just to get it fixed.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, only a few days later, the car broke down. It turned out there were serious issues with the oil filter, turbo, and sensors. Despite these major faults being diagnosed, the dealer continues to deny that anything was wrong with the car in the first place.
Not only was the service appalling, but the condition of the car was clearly misrepresented. It’s obvious they’re not interested in standing behind what they sell.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Completely unreliable and dishonest.

Regarding the windscreen crack, the car was returned to us three weeks after purchase with the damage, which unfortunately occurred during your ownership. As is standard practice, such damage is not covered by dealerships, and we hope you can understand our position on this.
As for the turbo issue, we did receive your email and advised you to contact the warranty company directly, as the turbo is covered under your warranty. We remain available to support you in that process if needed.
We’re disappointed that you feel let down, especially considering the efforts we made to assist you throughout your purchase journey—including securing finance when other brokers were unable to help. Our goal has always been to provide you with the best possible service.
While we respect your right to leave a review, we feel that your feedback may not fully reflect the level of support and service we’ve provided. Nevertheless, we remain committed to helping resolve any outstanding issues.
