A lifetime fan
Like almost everyone my craft beer journey started off with Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. 20 years later, I’ve decided it really doesn’t get much better than this brewery. I’ve loved the rise of British breweries in that time, but it is a shame we don’t get so much USA beer imported as a result. So glad Sierra Nevada makes its beers accessible. I can keep stocked up on the entire range including Atomic Torpedo, which I rate as highly as any beer I’ve ever tasted. The customer service is amazing. Jack, in the customer service department, responds helpfully almost immediately to any email query. Thanks to everyone for great beer and great service. Genuine beer heroes.

I feel like a privileged customer of a much loved brand
It is becoming increasingly hard to find bottled Sierra Nevada Pale Ale in the stores, who are favouring a switch to cans, that don't quite taste the same. The online service straight to consumer is a wonderful idea. I don't mind my regular delivery deal cooling in the garage waiting for me - it won't be long there. The service and communication on my first order was excellent and I felt like a privileged customer. Thank you.
