Poor organisation.
Armenia is amazing and we had a lovely guide but the itinerary choices were not consistent with the purpose of the tour and the basic organisation was completing lacking. It was a wine tour and there were no wine tasting booked while we were in the wine region!!! Also things booked on the wrong day, the itinerary we were given was wrong, the guide wasn't told the day we finished...

I traveled alone to Armenia and thanks to the excellent organization of Cascade Travel, the experience was outstanding. From the very moment I landed at Yerevan airport, everything was perfectly arranged. The hotels were centrally located, carefully chosen, and of very good quality. I had the support of a wonderful guide highly knowledgeable about the history and culture of Armenia. The travel route was unbeatable: from the capital Yerevan, to Lake Sevan and Dilijan, and down to the south, with its magnificent contrasts of landscapes. I can only express my gratitude for the excellent organization and constant support I received. Armenia will always remain one of my favorite travel destinations thanks to them.

Viajé sola a Armenia y gracias a la organización de Cascade Travel, la experiencia fue inmejorable. Desde el primer momento en que aterricé en el aeropuerto de Ereván, todo estuvo perfectamente organizado. Los hoteles eran céntricos, bien seleccionados y de muy buena calidad. Conté con un magnífico guía con grandes conocedores de la historia y la cultura de Armenia. La ruta no pudo ser mejor: desde la capital Ereván, el Lago Sevan y Diliján, hasta el sur, con el contraste tan sorprendente de paisajes. Solo puedo expresar mi gratitud por la excelente organización y el apoyo recibido en todo momento. Armenia siempre será uno de mis destinos de viaje favoritos gracias a ellos.
