I ordered headphones from you

I ordered headphones from you, waited a week for them to be sent, and on December 30th I wrote that the headphones were out of stock, and my loved one was left without a gift for December 31st, they said they would return the money, but they haven't returned anything yet, I wrote many times, but no one answers me, you ruined my New Year, at least give me some moral compensation! I'm very sorry that I ordered from you! I'm waiting for my money back, maybe at least they'll answer me here, and the bosses will see it

Your claim you haven’t heard back from anyone and that you haven’t received any money back is false as we emailed you first on the 30th of December with a detailed update regarding cancellation and refund details.

As we already explained via email when we initially contacted you to cancel your order as we discovered the item you ordered was out of stock. We were out of office due to the Christmas holidays which were clearly stated both on our website at the time of order and in your confirmation email all items ordered would be dispatched as of the 30th of December. Upon our return to office on the 30th we immediately contacted you with an update regarding the availability issue which we apologised profusely for and issued you a full refund and advised you to allow 5-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

You have now received our initial email on the 30th, the order cancellation email and the refund successfully processed email with the refund timelines detailed. We don’t understand what the confusion is regarding the refund, your refund doesn’t appear immediately in your account as is standard with any company issuing a refund. As already advised you’ll be waiting for between 5-10 working days depending on your bank for the amount to be returned to you. All of this is clearly stated and is available to read in our refunds policy which can be found here:

Hi Michael,
Your review is very unfair & misleading insinuating we never shipped your order when in fact we did.

When you placed your order on the 16th of July you were well aware of the shipping terms from the large purple warning banner displayed on our website which reads “ALL ORDERS PLACED WILL BE SHIPPED ON JULY 29TH”. You then had to click to dismiss the warning before you could continue shopping and you then proceeded to order online regardless. To then follow up with this review is quite bizzare.

You contacted us by email immediately after leaving this review which we replied to promptly even though we were out of office at the time and to which you never bothered to respond to.
