I’ve checked the details and can confirm that your order was dispatched in two shipments. I can also confirm that all items on order were dispatched promptly with priority service and should’ve arrived the same day, however it seems one of the shipments got delayed at the courier facility.
Although we try our best to fulfil and meet the delivery expectations, sometimes delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Please rest assured most issues are resolved by the courier quickly usually within 24hrs.

Excellent Service
I ordered a CCTV recorder from here and experienced nothing but great customer service. Initially I needed some help as I didn't know if it was compatible with an old camera I have. The support team got back to me quite quickly and advised which recorder would be suitable for my camera.
Overall great service and highly recommended! This is now my go to place for all things CCTV.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Order was delivered the next day which we didn’t expect. So grateful as we were able to get our Hik Vision NVR (cctv) online over wi-fi quickly and effortlessly with the Hik vision usb dongle. We can now sleep at night again after a recent car theft from our property.

Great service all round
Great support to find a compatible camera for my old system camera. Had issues setting it up but the tech support from Huzi was very good and resolved all my issues quickly and professionally. Would use again fro any of my cctv needs. Great service all round.

The team at CCTV have been amazing from the start. They have helped with the design and supply of a CCTV system. There back up help is amazing for any troubleshooting we have needed. I will be purchasing all my CCTV equipment from these guys. Electrician for over 25yrs - this level of service is rare so top marks.
