Bought one for my husband for Christmas and it leaked immediately through the lid (design fault). I echo the feelings of the other reviewer with the non existent customer service. Both me and my husband contacted the company, with no response. It’s an expensive plastic cup that you can’t use!! Don’t waste your money! Their website also says they have all these reviews… where?
The cup arrived and worked fine for a few days, but then after only light use, the plastic hinge for the dry cereal 'window' fell apart, rendering the cup useless.
I contacted the support team, who said they would send a replacement cup straight away with tracking details. It's been 1 month, and the replacement never arrived and they have not responded to follow my follow-up email.
Unfortunately it seems I have been robbed. Poor quality item and non-existant customer support. Do not buy!!
