All round good chalet service in Meribel. Croquette was spacious, clean, plentiful food to suit all our groups’ diets, including vegan. The the transfers to and from the slopes worked well (this was our only prior concern). Fantastic location to take the ski train and save CO2 too!

Another excellent week skiing with The Chalet Company. Lovely chalet, beautifully looked after and very well supported by the in resort team. They even managed to arrange 6 days of sunshine and perfect snow conditions - how clever is that!!!

Emma our Chalet host was a delight and kept us all fed. The food was healthy and caterered for the vegan, veg and meat eater. The men thought the portions could have been bigger.

The house was cute but the furnishings were a bit more basic than we are used to and we were paying more than we gave before. Great location.

The skiing was brilliant although we could have done without the lack of lockers on day 1 which had been Alex’s suggestion. That and the fact we were accused of taking someone else’s poles and they then didn’t turn up at the rendezvous resulted in a few lost hours of skiing for some of the party.

Only really problem was a shortage of dry wood and kidding which made making the fire difficult.

Other than that we had a good time despite illnesses and injuries.

Tom and Hannah were delightful hosts in Chalet Bruyere. Nothing was too much trouble. They made our holiday special. Having minibus transfer to the slopes was very convenient even though the bus and gondola were very close to the chalet. Anneliese and Anna in the office were most helpful. If we went to Meribel again we would probably book with The Chalet Company.

Customer care is excellent from the moment you book, resort staff are lovely, food excellent. The perfect chalet company!!

Amazing service both prior to leaving and in resort. Anneliese was always on hand to answer questions and organise things pre departure. I resort Anna our host was amazing and made our stay truly magical. I would use Chalet Company again without a doubt.

The chalet company were excellent at accommodating all the requirements of a very fussy group! They provided us with lots of relevant information pre departure and stayed in touch throughout our week away to ensure that we had the best holiday we could. We will definitely be using them again in future.

We would 100% recommend The Chalet Company having just returned from a week in Meribel staying in Chalet Impala. Our chalet hosts, Aimee and Charlie were absolutely first class and the food they served was fantastic! I've brought all the recipes home with me!! The Chalet Company is run by 2 brothers who state in the resort information pack that their aim is to maintain the high standards and attention to detail that their mother instilled in them. I have to say that I think their mother would be a very proud woman as we found the service that we received all the way from initial contact through to returning home to be exemplary. They would definitely be our first choice of chalet companies in Meribel for the future. Thank you for a fabulous holiday!!

We had a great week with The Chalet Company. Our Chalet hosts were amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel special and cared for. The food was very good quality and all the little touches had been thought about. I would recommend The Chalet Company and think they represent good value for money. Very pleased!

Service from start to finish was excellent - from my initial conversations with the office to our Christmas week in the chalet. Chalet itself was perfect, and our chalet host was exceptional. We will definitely contact The Chalet Company for our next ski holiday! Thanks to all!!

An excellent company who provide great customer service in lovely chalets. Staff are helpful and clearly happy in their jobs. Bring back French sausages please!

I’m so happy i stumbled across The Chalet Company. We have just had the most amazing week in one of their chalets. Everything was perfect, the chalet itself was cozy and clean and in a great location, our host was so lovely and cooked the most delicious food. The communication from the moment we booked was brilliant and nothing was to much trouble. I will definitely be using this company again.

Good skiing holiday in Meribel. Very efficient booking service and office staff who organised taxi, restaurants and all manner of requests happily. Very friendly and helpful chalet team and the food was good - even when we have 6 picky children among us. Christmas dinner was epic. Chalet Evergreen location is amazing - right next to a ski run which takes you down to a chair lift and one green run to Meribel Centre.

I enjoyed my stay in Chalet Phoenix by The Chalet Company in Les Allues. We were a group of solo travellers part of a ski instructors course. Being the first guests of the season there were a couple of minor faults in the chalet, but these were resolved during our stay. Out hosts (Emma, Molly and Nathalie) were helpful, courteous and generally lovely. The Chalet was simply furnished but comfortable and cozy. Quite an old chalet with age related issues (crackling floors) but a nice warm place to come after skiing. In summary for the price we paid I was happy with the standards of the accommodation and super happy with the service provided by the staff.

Excellent service throughout the booking process. I love how easy it is to access all the booking information and organise extras online, particularly when travelling as a large party. This is our second stay with The Chalet Company - first time a group of 8, second time a group of 16. Hosts, drivers and all other staff were friendly, efficient, charming and accommodating. Food was excellent, good wine and comfortable, clean accommodation. We've been staying as a group in catered chalets for many years now and The Chalet Company are the best we've experienced. Also excellent value for money.
