My family had ordered a charm bracelet for my daughters birthday as she is about to go travelling around the globe. We all picked a charm that represented us and we chose a golden retriever to represent our dog Fred. Each charm was beautifully made and th bracelet arrived with them all attached.
My daughter loved it, and a few tears were shed !!

Excellent products, service and quick delivery. Love the Tiger charm I bought, it's a lovely well made charm with enough weight to make it feel very solid and the lobster clasp makes is easy to clip onto a chain bracelet.

Over the past couple of months I have placed multiple orders with this company and they never fail to impress me. The products they sell are wonderful and often better than pictured. Their delivery is speedy and I will usually receive my order the next day! Just brilliant!

If you have an issue with any of their products, do not hesitate to contact them. A couple of the items I ordered were faulty and without hesitation they sent me out replacements. 10/10

The charms that we received have the cleanest lines I have seen, I was not clear on an option when ordering but I was called the next day to clarify the order to make sure that everything was exactly as I wanted.

I first found The Charm Works website when I was looking to buy a charm bracelet for my grandaughter some five years ago. I have since bought charms and another two bracelets for my other grandaughters. The website is clear and very easy to use. It is easy to place orders and it is a trustworthy site. I have been delighted with every purchase from this company and would highly recommend it to all.

I bought a very dainty bracelet, and one charm. Before that could be despatched I ordered a second charm and the company was so kind in attaching both charms for me before delivery to me. The charms are very tiny and really in keeping with the size of the delicate bracelet.
The service is absolutely outstanding: enquiries are answered very promptly and thoroughly, packaging was beautiful and very much appreciated as it was not expected, and the items are highest quality and yet extremely affordable.

This website is great. I have never not been able to find a suitable charm. We collect charms for each holiday or milestone in our lives. With less and less jewellers stocking the traditional charms it is becoming increasingly difficult to do. I am reassured knowing I can always find one here and they are always top quality. The postage is super quick too and reasonably priced which just adds to the easy shopping experience.

Most of my charms on mine and my granddaughters bracelet have ben purchased from yourselves. Most are sentimental and look good when attached to our bracelets. I like the message written on the receipt when the items are delivered. Will most certainly carry on purchasing from The Charm Works when we want further charms.

I have been buying charms for my Christian bracelet from this wonderful company. Each charm has been exquisite in design and quality. I have also purchased tags that have been beautifully engraved to the highest quality. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and if it were possible I would rate The Charmworks 7 stars!
