So going to the cheesecake factory on today, December 7 and my mom and sister ordered two chicken sliders. They came out like two kids have fixed them. A dinner roll sliced in half with a chicken tend... See more

Worst fish & chips ever...
I'm 83 so it may not be the worst fish and chips I've ever had but it's close! Absolutelutely tasteless...I could have been eating anything.
Dinner at Willow Grove Cheesecake Factory
Four of us went to the Willow Grove restaurant for dinner. It was crowded but we were seated immediately. The waitress was very nice and attentive. We ordered drinks, one being an old fashion, which had the ingredients listed in the menu. Well the drink was horrible. The manager came over and claimed they changed the ingredients to include cherry syrup. He offered to take the drink back for something else. Then dinner began to arrive. Problem was only two dinners came. We were informed by the waitress that the other two dinners were taken to the wrong table. The manager once again appeared our table to tell us that the two dinners were being remade and would be out shortly. He asked if he could get us some french fries or soup while we waited. We informed him that one of the dinners that was delivered was wrong. He immediately took that back and said he would replace that one also. Now one person had their dinner. It took a good half an hour for the dinners to be remade. The manager kept appearing at our table, apologizing and saying it would only be a few more minutes. Finally, the dinners came out and one was a burger that was supposed to be medium rare and it was cooked well done. By this point we had had enough and just decided to eat what we had. That's when I noticed that the lettuce on my sandwich was cabbage. I have eaten here many times in the past but only for lunch and had a wonderful experience. Of course this was the night that I had had friends come in from another city to have dinner with us. The experience was so bad all we could do is laugh. Never again!
We were in your resturaunt yesterday …
We were in your resturaunt yesterday 06/09/2026 and had Brian as our waiter , He was very good and helped us and fast and courteous
He should be recognized
I had a Carne Asada (roast meat)
I had a Carne Asada (roast meat), cut pieces of spicy meat, which looks not fresh, but like kept in a freezer for a long time, most of the plate was Rice with no flavor, and a bunch of corn kernel, very bad.
Just tried the new Asian Chicken Nachos…
Just tried the new Asian Chicken Nachos and they are the BEST THING EVER!!! Amazing - all four of us gave them 11/10!!!!
The service was amazing
The service was amazing although we did wait for our food a bit long they made one free due to that dish being extra long, food was amazing not too expensive the lighting can be romantic or can make you tired but the atmosphere is really nice over all the design and everything. I highly recommend.
A total dump oif an operation at the CheeseFake Factory
A total dump oif an operation at the Counbtryside Mall in Clearwater, Florida. Service was awful. Dinner came before the server could even deliver a glass of water and a diet coke to the table. The sandwich I ordered was awful with bacon that looked like it was lying around for a week and my wife's dinner looked like someone threw-up on a bowl of noodles. Just AWFUL. Don't waste your money at The CheeseFake Factory!
I went to buy Cheese Cake to take home
I went to buy Cheese Cake to take home. I bought 6" Raspberry white chocolate truffle cake which I bought it week ago as well. Week ago it cost me $37.95. Week after same cake they charge me $44.95. $7 more than before. Luckily I remember the price and I pulled out the receipt from Credit card on my phone. I complain to the Manager and they refund $7. What if I don't remember the price and did complain than I would have paid $7 more. Manager didn't even apologize to me. I do have all the receipt to prove it. This is Brea Mall location.
From Four Stars to One Star
My wife and I have always loved the ambiance at the Cheesecake Factory, which is why we continued returning despite ongoing food issues during our last four visits. The receptionists have consistently been outstanding, accommodating, and welcoming. The staff at the cheesecake and espresso counter are also friendly, professional, and informative.
Unfortunately, our most recent visit was one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had.
I met my wife for happy hour, and despite not having a reservation, the receptionist quickly accommodated my request for a booth in the area we preferred. Our server was also friendly and attentive.
We started with two Mai Tais and stuffed mushrooms. Years ago, the Cheesecake Factory had some of the best Mai Tais on the island, and I used to recommend the restaurant to many of my photography clients. That is no longer the case. Charging $35 for two Mai Tais with no orange juice, pineapple juice, or garnish felt like a complete rip-off. They lacked flavor and were simply not enjoyable.
When the stuffed mushrooms arrived, we immediately noticed they had changed. They now came with a white sauce, and the overall taste was awful compared to what they used to be.
For our entrées, my wife ordered the penne pasta with zucchini, which appeared partially cooked. I ordered the classic cheeseburger medium and juicy. What arrived at the table was unacceptable. The bun, lettuce, tomato, onions, and cheese were ice cold, and the cheese looked like it had simply been thrown on top of the patty at the last second.
I told the food runner this was not acceptable, and surprisingly she agreed, even saying, “I know.” I asked her how food that clearly was not right could even leave the kitchen. She took it back, but when it returned, the cheese was melted while the burger itself was now overcooked and dry. The bun and toppings were still ice cold.
At $23, this “classic cheeseburger” was disappointing. Honestly, I could have gone to Wendy’s and had a much better, juicier burger for far less money.
When our server checked on us, I gave honest feedback and asked where the quality control was in the kitchen. If staff members delivering the food already know something is wrong, why is it being served in the first place?
The manager eventually came to the table after speaking with our server. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the kitchen quality issues professionally, his response was, “Why do you keep coming here if the food is bad every time?” I explained that we genuinely enjoy the ambiance and cheesecake, which is why we kept giving the restaurant another chance.
He also stated that my burger had already been removed from the bill, which turned out not to be true when the check arrived 20 minutes later. Our server then had to track him down again to correct the issue, resulting in another unnecessary delay.
Other issues during recent visits included:
• Ordering hot tea and receiving cold water that would not steep the tea bag
• Spaghetti and meatballs arriving dried out after sitting too long under the salamander, with crusty sauce and hardened pasta on multiple occasions
Sadly, after four disappointing visits in two months, it feels like the Cheesecake Factory has serious consistency and kitchen quality-control problems.
We truly enjoy the atmosphere, the front-of-house staff, and of course the cheesecake, but for now we will be taking a break and trying other restaurants instead.
What I experienced was the worst
What I experienced was the worst. If you don’t mind waiting 1 1/2 hours for a table and then when we received the text that our table was ready we came back to counter and was ignored when we said we just got the text that our table was ready. They finally took us to a table that was very unstable and rocked about 3 inches down. After waiting another 1/2 hour to get our order in I overheard “I’m sorry” by at least 3 different waitresses. This place is a total disappointment and I’ll never come here again.
I’m the worst kind of restaurant patron…
I’m the worst kind of restaurant patron because I know the business too well, the result of being in the food service profession for decades. I can look at an item and recognize instantly whether it came from US Foods, SYSCO, Restaurant Depot or some other common source. I am also highly critical of the service, both front & back (meaning kitchen staff and waiter/waitress performance). I actually score them on a 1-100 point scale. Yesterday (4/26/26) the impossible happened… The Cheesecake Factory scored a perfect 100. Coming from me, that’s about as rare as seeing Bigfoot riding a unicorn.
Our server Sabrina looks like a Sophomore in High School and I wasn’t expecting much. But she upheld all the protocols of high-end, 5-star dining. Things like honoring the 4 minute rule, making sure you are warmly greeted, served water and asked about drinks and appetizers promptly after being seated. Asking the right questions and moving things along in a timely manner…not lingering too long to chat or being absent when we needed something. I even tested her by making overly demanding requests when ordering. I like my filet mignon cooked black & blue (charred on the outside and cool on the inside…almost served raw. Much to my surprise, Sabrina performed more like a seasoned senior waiter usually found in exclusive, private-dining establishments. It’s not common to get such service in an affordable chain restaurant. The orders arrived in exactly the timeframe required (in order for the steaks to properly rest after coming off the flame) and the kitchen crew nailed everything perfectly. Sabrina checked on us periodically without interrupting our conversation and just did a flawless job. I kept waiting for “something”…most servers slip up at some point. Forget to bring something (like a steak knife), or take too long to get something, or asked you to repeat yourself because they weren’t fully focused…there is usually something I can deduct a point for. Nope…not this time. She literally could not have done a better job, zero room for improvement. Like my steak…that’s crazy rare.
So impressed with the stellar food and service we received, I asked the Manager how he trains his staff and told him they hire quite well. Many people erroneously consider a job in food service to be a fallback position for those needing any job but at The Cheesecake Factory they select personnel who actually care…who invest themselves in the job and wish to excel. They don’t just hire anybody…they are highly selective and it shows. I have never had a bad experience at The Cheesecake Factory in the Mission Viejo Mall…not one time. They hire right, train right and their employees are highly skilled.
If an old, demanding guy like me can leave impressed…you know the restaurant is run right. Go ahead…challenge em…make requests…test them! Just make sure you leave a generous gratuity when they exceed all expectations. The Cheesecake Factory in Mission Viejo…they set the customer service bar so high, those working in other restaurants need to charter a plane just to see it.
I used to go there all the time with…
I used to go there all the time with family and friends. The service is mixt sometimes you get a nice and experience waitress and other times you get an idiot with an attitude and no experience. I anderstand that because in this US CORPORATION waitress is not a real job like the rest of the world. But what made the last visit was the scam that run on certain days like 8 oz of red wine for $16.00 dollars and the next day the same ting is $24.00. Well done you scam an extra dollars but you lost a costumer.
To Big to care
We have been comming to Peabody location for years. Food quality was inconsistent but I never wrote a bad review. Past 2 times it was bad but today took the cake. Its a Half empty restaurant on sunday evening. Started quick and set down within 5 min. Waiter came 10 min after. When we got bread it was already cold. We ordered tuna nachos and fried avocado rolls as apps. Avocado rolls came out cold with warm middle like somebody microwaved them. Nachos had a teaspoon of tuna. We order main course and food arived over an hour and a half later. Cold food was the last drop. Manager could not care so it appears that it's not just a staff issue but also poorly mismanaged. I do not know if it's a Chain issue but this place is really a shadow of itself. If you want a motel food grade microwaved dinners then this is the place for you. Good luck!!
The entire staff, Mgr James and Nick
The staff and Mgr James, Karina and our server Nick made the entire experience AWESOME. I came for a pre-Birthday dinner, parked in Valet but couldn't find the Valet guy. The MGR James took care of that, letting valet know where we were. A small gesture but put us at ease. We had the corn ribs for the 1st time and WOWZA! are they good?? Hecka Yeah! I enjoyed my Romano chicken and pasta and the wife had fish and chips. The vibe was friendly, the music nice and our server Nick was always just a second away. We would HIGHLY recommend this location and oh! We got Pineapple upside down cheesecake so good we might go back just for that!! Oh and no res but got seated in 1 minute, 3:00 start was the perfect timing too! And do you know the Valet guy tried to refuse my $2 tip LOL
We visited the location in Mesa to…
We visited the location in Mesa to celebrate valentine's day. There was 3 of us. We waited over an hour to be seated which we expected and that was ok. However, we then waited 20 minutes at the table before we saw a server. After another hour food finally arrived. 1 of the meals was wrong and needed to be sent back. Meanwhile the 2 meals that were at the table both came out cold. They were not eaten. Rounded up the server to let him know. He did nothing offered nothing to resolve. Let him know to cancel the 3rd meal that still had not made it's way to the table. He brought the bill and we paid it. $175 for food that was not eaten. I called to speak with a manager the next day who said they would look into it and call me back. No call was ever received. I called again spoke to another manager. Same story, let me check on that and call you back. 3 weeks later still no call back so I called again. Spoke to the same manager who said he was sorry he forgot about me and he would send me a giftcard. Told him we would not be back and I would like a refund. He said best he could do was a 25 gift card for a 175 bill. Never received it and Quite frankly he can shove it. 175 later ruined valentine's day and a headache full of lies. We will never go here again.
Albuquerque Cheesecake Factory
My pasta was cold when got to the table. Ended up getting sick all night long. Guessing some type of food poisoning. Def not worth the 90 bucks for 2 people. The waitress said they dont have any caffeine-free options. I said you have sprite and root beer which are both caffeine free. She was very rude after that.
Pasta Poison
My daughter took her boyfriend to the Cheesecake Factory at Easton Towne Center in Columbus, OH, for his birthday. She was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 15 years ago. She went there because they had Gluten-Free pasta. When she received her order, she noticed the pasta looked different than what she had been used to most of her life. She asked the waiter multiple times if he was sure the pasta was Gluten-Free. He assured her each time that it was. So, she ate it, even though she noticed it tasted different than what she was accustomed to. To make a long story short, she has been vomitting for the last 7 hours. Today is her boyfriend’s birthday, which they took the weekend trip to Columbus to celebrate. They can’t even go to the show that they paid tickets for, which is tonight. I realize that some people may disregard a request for gluten-free food because a lot of people “choose” it because it’s “healthier”. My daughter doesn’t “choose” it. It’s a lifestyle that we’ve all had to adapt to because it could literally kill her. Never again will she or my family have anything to do with the Cheesecake Factory.
Food was horrible
Food was horrible. My Cajun shrimp jambalaya had no taste and was dry I just threw it in the trash. Disgusting never again. Want a refund.
Poor Service
Very slow service. Food order took a long time. House salad came with dressing already on it but could barely taste the ranch dressing I ordered. They do not make frozen drinks. We went there for my sister’s birthday and they sent her a free dessert coupon but because the coupon was one day past the time they give you to use it the waitress would not honor it or check with her manager for a possible exemption.
Overly seasoned food
Wife and I went to the Woodlands location last night. I ordered the meatloaf with mushroom gravy along with mashed potatoes and corn. The gravy was too salty and the corn was too buttery. Did not have a chance to enjoy or finish my meal.
