Great selection, great cheese

Sent as a gift, somewhat a pain ordering from the US and getting the delivery schedule in the UK set up, but she was thrilled with the quality of the cheese.

‘The Stevie’ was purchased as a 50th birthday gift the recipient was delighted with his quality present.

We enjoyed the Valentine’s Day selection. The cheeses were all fabulous, great portion sizing for the two of us to enjoy (over a couple of days)
As always, easy to order, and great service and delivery.
A perfect treat for our Valentine Feast at home.

Very small portions

Very small portions. Total weight of cheese was .614 gm for £38. Expensive !! Gift message was not included. Only sealed with 1 small sticker, could have been opened with ease before delivery. Won’t be ordering from The Cheese Geek again

Our boxes contain around 600g of cheese, as stated on the product page, and we focus on sourcing exceptional artisan cheeses at peak condition. We know our selections are a bit of a luxury, and we work hard to ensure the price reflects the quality, provenance and care that goes into each box. We’re sorry this didn’t come across in your experience.

In terms of packaging, the security sticker is placed over the box seal so any tampering would be visible on arrival, but we appreciate your feedback and will take this on board.

From Mrs Edith UTTLEY 51,Branksome Wood Road in Bournemouth On January 12th 2026 I ordered some assorted cheeses from Cheese geek for £38.I expected to receive 5 or 6 different cheeses,but only 3 arrived in the packet. Since then,I have been trying to contact them to find
out what has happened to the other cheeses missing from the pack.For some reasons,whether they do not reply to messages or that they are going out of business,I have not had a reply.My order number was #132310.I read that the firm is hoping to sell cheese in some supermarkets.I feel that they should concentrate on their existing orders AND replying to messages before any expansion! IF it is possible,I would welcome an explanation and my order money returned. E E UTTLEY

Great cheeses and good communication when there was a problem.

I ordered a gift pack of cheese for my son’s birthday. Unfortunately there was problem and it couldn’t be dispatched on the chosen day so he didn’t get it on the birthday. However Cheesegeek kept me well informed of the problem and revised delivery date and the cheeses were delicious when they arrived.

A great Mystery box

I ordered a Mystery box and received a really tasty selection of cheeses - soft & hard, a sheep milk one, a vegetarian one. The pieces were much bigger than I expected.
As a cheese lover who doesn't usually buy special cheeses for myself, I'm extremely happy with my purchase!

Great cheese company

Always great cheese, on this occasion problems with the courier not following instructions were dealt with when raised and a replacement pack of cheese despatched straight away.
Also dealt with personally and with grace

Expiration date

Having received my delivery on 23/1/26 all but 1 of my 5 cheeses had 3 day shelf live and the other had 6 days

Our Mystery Cheeseboxes are all about giving great cheese a second moment, which does mean they can be closer to their best-before than our full-price selections. That said, all of our cheeses are hand-cut and wrapped fresh on the day of dispatch and delivered the very next day, so they shouldn’t be tasting “old” - even when they’re nearing the end of their date.

Fixed a delivery issue (that wasn’t their fault)

Delivery service messed up but Cheesegeek replaced the cheese and sent it out at a later date with an additional extra to make up for it. Great communication and customer service.
