Don't waste your time or money on this company,placed an order April 6th for two pairs of trousers,Never arrived,contacted customer service(to be fair they responded quick enough hence I give 1 star for that,)they Gave me tracking info, apparently it was Delivered to Dublin,Ireland at 10am on April 17th even though it was still in Manchester,UK at 7am that same morning🤔
After many emails back&forth they eventually agreed to resend the package...surprise surprise weeks later and still no sign of it,tracking shows it was still in Manchester
I demanded a refund which they originally only sent me a refund for 1 pair,I put in a dispute with PayPal and they refunded the rest
I understand the package was sent from the warehouse but as I said to them they have partnered with Royal Mail to deliver the goods they are selling so responsibility falls on them regardless,They need to get a more reliable delivery company if they plan to stay in business
Absolute shambles!

Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional. The customer service email reply I received had placeholders for information they didn’t include and feels like it was written by AI. The name of the person emailing me didn’t match the signature line. Didn’t include the “After-sales guarantee card” in the package so I had to write down the order information and return reason on a blank sheet of paper. On top of that, I’m shipping my return to a random person in CA?? We’ll see if I actually receive a refund...

Feels like they’re just a drop shipping company that doesn’t care about their customers or their customers’ experience. Yikes. Do not buy anything from this company.

I ordered an XL and they were not a US XL. I believe the conversion from UK to US sizing was the reason for the discrepancy. Had to email them 3 times before I received a response. Finally, when they did respond they told me to read their return page (which I already had) and reiterated the instructions on the page. Fair enough. I shipped the return package 2 weeks ago (with my own money I might add, I paid $12 for shipping, they do not pay for returns) and the tracking number says they attempted to deliver the package, but the business was not open. I have emailed them with screenshots and asked for an update. Their return policy is very strict and states that items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. I have a sneaking suspicion that they will either not respond to me or not refund me because the items were "not returned within the 15-day guidelines". If they end up refunding me, I will come back and delete this review.
Update 6/14/25: have emailed them multiple times with no response. I am now out $80 ($60 for the pants and $12 for shipping).

Hello there - I got the wrong size for both of my bottoms, and I’ll be returning.

The shipping of my order was very fast, and the track & trace indicates that the package has been delivered. However, I have not received anything.

After trying to contact the webshop in several ways regarding this issue, I still have not received any response.

I am afraid that I will not receive my order at all.

I love my faux leather leggings! They're decent quality, a good price and free delivery, the only reason I din't give 5* was that they took about a week to arrive which is slightly longer than I'd expect from a UK company shipping to a UK address.

The pants I ordered were not plus sized as I had ordered. They were very small and extremely tight on me. I really like the print and style though so I followed the directions on the website for returns/exchanges. I did exactly what I was told. I have now reached out to the company 6 times and on different days. NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO ME. I'm shocked. What a disappointment this company was. Now I'M OUT THE MONEY, BUT ALSO I CANNOT WEAR THE PANTS! It's actually ridiculous. I'm so mad. This was a SCAM.

awful customer service. trousers were falling off my hips and totally unwearable waste of money.

Unfortunately the items I ordered were too small but the help from customer services was very good. I received a refund straightaway. Would recommend 🙂

Ordered 2 pairs of these trousers I just love them

I ordered the ‘TikTok pants’ and wasn’t sure what to expect as sometimes these things don’t match up to what you get!
But my reluctance was wrong they were amazing and fit great. I also had an issue with an order received and with one quick email the pair I should have received were being sent out with no charge or fuss.
Great company and even better customer service!
