First off I want to say this company has always delivered the mimosa. However there was only one order that turned out not what I was expecting from this company. I went and ordered the poppy seeds and when I planted these and waited for them to grow they did not turn out to be what was advertised. I'm guessing this is when they went through some crazy stuff and people was saying the company closed. But I wanted to think it was me but when I reached out of course it was months later I got no response.i would still be confident in ordering my mimosa but be careful on the other things if they ever start selling them again. I was surprised because like I said they always came through and the quality was amazing..and it was the only time I ordered something else. That's why 4 and not five..and it's been a few years and looks like they are changing up...hope it's the same people as before..this happened 3 to 4 years ago. So I don't expect anything now I just had to say it because I was bummed out that I didn't get what I ordered after growing those things for a whole summer. ..I still have the bags of seeds.
After my previous vendor closed, I discovered The Chill Hawaiian. For three months, their product quality has been excellent. I consistently order 1-2 kilos each month. Today, I faced my first customer service test: a shipping mishap rerouted my package out of state. I reached out to Spencer, the owner, and he called me immediately. I suggested sending a replacement, agreeing to pay for replacement kilo if the original arrived. He shipped the replacement immediately. Until now, I only knew their product quality. After today, I can confirm their customer service is equally top-tier. They now have my complete trust.
