A very efficient and personal service. We ordered a dust pan and brush . It arrived promptly and we were kept informed each step of the way. I really liked the fact that it was not some bot from an email that we could not respond to but named people who engaged with us to ensure that we were happy with the service. The product itself is really good and very robust .
