AVOID!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY….

I bought a pair of slides form a uk based website, this slides are totally unsuitable as I have a spinal condition and they are way too spongy and uncomfortable, I ask to return for this reason and was told I will have to return to IOWA AMERICA!! These slides cost me £21.99 but I have to pay £23.90 to return and that’s the cheapest!!! Apparently they don’t have anywhere in the uk to return to 🤔 no matter how many times I have emailed them I get the same person replying and saying the same thing, I need to return to IOWA and once they have received them they will refund 😧 this is an absolute scam no where on their website does it state this is where you need to return!! So I’m now out of pocket £22.00 😡😡😡

I would give zero stars if it was there. Total scam. These are so uncomfortable it’s pathetic. STAY AWAY. They refuse to even allow me to return …just keep saying they will discount a future purchase. Like I want another pair of the most uncomfortable sandals I ever had. At this point, even if they let me return them, I doubt they would refund my money.

For anyone currently looking, Cloud Slides are AWFUL. I wear 6.5 in womens, sized up to 7 as I know sandals can be short. These were giving me blisters on each side of my foot (width) within a day. I do not and have not ever worn a "wide" shoe. My husband experienced similar issues. When I asked the company about returns (their website says 30 day NO HASSLE returns guaranteed) they said "We suggest you keep these pairs and gift them to someone to avoid paying for the return". So much for hassle free huh. Guess that's what you get when you order direct from China. Lesson learned. These are going straight into the trash bin.

Awful! Filing a complaint with BBB and local AG office. NOT an authentic product. You can't get a refund or anyone to respond to your emails.

Do not, I repeat, do not buy these slides. I ordered a pair in August that were too small. I wasn’t offered a refund; all I got was find someone to give them to. I specified I didn’t want to do that. As the consumer I felt I had the right to make my own decision. Customer service is a scam. It took a nearly 21 day “dance” to get only a partial refund. I got taken!! Please follow the reviews, they are legit. Don’t buy these. I ended up paying way more than they are worth. It’s a scam for sure and I was suckered. Dont do business with this company. They are based in China, expert at leading the customer along. Buyers beware.

This company is a complete and utter SCAM!! I did receive my slides, which are marketed as "cloud slides". They are hard plastic and huge, extremely uncomfortable. So I start the waste of time process of trying to send them back as their website says hassle-free returns. So first I get a response from Jennifer. A bunch of automated responses designed for me to keep the slides. Every email I received was more ridiculous and more runaround. Then I am told I need to buy another pair for 50% off or pay $15 a pair to send them back! I can not under state how hard and uncomfortable these slides are. No way to actually leave a review on their website either so where are all these 5 star reviews coming from?? Pay attention to the 1.4 stars on Better Business Bureau and the 2.4 stars on Trust Pilot. I wound up donating the slides as there was no way I was paying for shipping back to that scam company and trusting or believing I would ever actually receive a refund. I am actually worried they have my cc info. STAY AWAY!!! THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!

This company disguises the fact they ship from China and they go back on their 30 day refund policy. It took no less than 10 emails back and forth to finally get a US return address to return my purchase.
The slides they sent were cheap and the opening where the foot goes in was so tight even my slender foot would not fit through.

Ordered 2 pairs of Slides .Money Taken Goods Never Received. Customer Services Ignored Emails and Kept Money .Tracking Shows ordered received and never dispatched.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL TIMES .SCAMMERS

Totally in LOVE with mine!! I no longer have heel pain or hip and lower back pain when I’m wearing them! Living with hardwood floors can be tough on your body. Now I wear them from morning until I go to bed at night. It feels so good to be able to walk and stand pain free!!

Yes they don’t run true to size in every style BUT. These slides are soooo comfortable I don’t care.🤷🏾‍♀️

Absolutely the worst product and the worst company to have to deal with. I placed an order for two received one free within three days of receiving my purchase. I emailed them regarding a return and continued to email them . The slides are uncomfortable I don’t know what they use to manufacture them. They burned the bottom of my feet, I think they should be taken off the market. Dealing with Jennifer has not been a hassle free process. I wouldn’t even donate them as I’d be concerned that they could harm someone else buyers beware.

Ordered 2 and got one free. 2 that are 9.5 UK size are not the same size. One is definitely one size bigger. The third men’s size is all bent out of shape. Look cute but rub and are quite uncomfortable in warm Australian summer. Soaked in hot water as recommended a couple of times but go hard again rather quickly. Disappointed

Received correct order, but they were too small.After two months of emailing back and for with a BOT about exchanging for the correct size, I gave up. They wanted me to keep the slides and order a new pair with a 50% off coupon instead of letting me exchange. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!! After a while, I received a generic email like I was starting at square one. TOO MUCH OF A HASSEL! THIS COMPANY SUCKS! I also cannot write a review on their website.

Received 2 pairs of sandals nothing like the pictures on their website, no adjustable buckles which is expressly why I chose them instead just a fake imprint of a buckle. Customer service absolutely rubbish & I've been told if I want a refund I'll need to cover cost of postage to Iowa! This company is fraudulent, do not buy from them as you will not receive goods of the Quality or look to what they are advertising!

I ordered 3 pairs of slides in the spring and they run big, and very wide. But they were so comfortable just standing in them. I gave my sil my 3 pairs and ordered 3 more. Jennifer from customer support issued a 50% discount for my new order and issued a priority rush.

The item took forever to receive. When it did I need to return or exchange as they were too small. Customer Service refuses to respond to me. I even reach out to Better Business Bureau to help me and they were also unable to get a response. PLEASE stop giving these people your hard earned money!!

Atrocious customer service. Even though they sell through a .co.uk website returns have to be sent to America. This makes it uneconomical to return them.

Received my sandals too large not very good quality. I’m having an awful time trying to return them for a refund.

Wrong size sent, ordered a 5 and was sent 3-4 in European sizing. Tried to explain many times it’s the wrong size but apparently I don’t know my own shoe size!! They’re too small.

Argumentative support not helping resolve the matter.

I ordered 3 pairs of the cloudies. My husband loved the fact that they have great arch support. Very soft footbed.
