A monkey could have provided a better service. I had my eye on a gold coin which was released in 2021. Before purchasing I contacted them to confirm that it is the correct date and was reassured it came in the box with certificate etc. I was very happy upon purchasing as it was a gift for my 3 year old boys birthday. Upon delivery it turned out to be the 2022 version. I was absolutely gutted as I already had this version and the 2021 would have completed the set so far. I contacted yet again to point out the mistake (like cmon mate how hard is it to get 2021 wrong and I had already contacted in regards to the date specifics)

I was told to return the parcel and the right one will be dispatched. So you ruin my toddlers birthday, then expect me to take an hour out of my daily working wage (£10) to drive for 15mins (£££ petrol prices), to park my car (£1), go into the post office (wait in a queue) then pay £5 to return the item and drive back for 15mins (£££petrol), all this for a mistake on the company’s end. What an absolute joke.
So I said I will keep the 2022 version and will happily buy the 2021 at a reasonable price to save inconveniences on both ends plus they get 2 sales out of me. The coin connection would not budge a single penny for me purchasing the ACTUAL coin I originally was supposed to receive

I would give these bunch of clowns a minus 5 rating and a minus 5 customer service. The only customer satisfaction I truly got was writing this review

Exceptional customer service from coin connection. The management went out of their way to source the coin that I was after.
They are extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
They responded straight away, by phone,which made things easier and more efficient.

10 out 10 service was very pleased with my purchase

i must admit i have been dealing with the coin cabinet for a few years now and they are in my opinion they are the number 1 place to get your coins from, a lot better than the royal mint, always quality checked and in my case always pf70.you get what you pay for mainly the expensive gold proof.I dont collect silver coins as in the past i have bought cheap silver coins from many different outlets and when they arrived they were always perfect, but regardless of where you get them from they nearly always end up with milk spots or blooming on.This is a fault in the silver proccess where the coin is made, not the dealer, but there is always a saying that covers this.....you pay cheap prices you get crap coins..bear this always in mind...
