Since starting with the combat lab I've…

Since starting with the combat lab I've been on the best competition run of my jiujitsu journey! Multiple Superfight wins ,gold medals and plenty of podium finishes!!!

The easy to follow structure the lads lay out on the app takes all the guess work out of your training and knowing what i need to do day to day with fitness,nutrition,mindset and technical breakdowns allows me to focus solely on rest recovery and preformance.

I can't recommend the lads enough and am looking forward to the rest of the 2022 competition year.

Combat lab is brilliant

Combat lab is brilliant, the coaching and support is unbelievable. It truly is an athlete’s best guide to get the most out of their training, the s&c workouts are perfect and the videos make it very easy to use solo, this is great if you struggle to have access to a coach. Before I was with the combat lab I never really did any weight lifting, but now I’m well equipped and well educated on a number of different exercises and stretches. The day tracker where you register your weight, how you feel that day and etc have become part of my everyday routine. I couldn’t recommend the combat lab enough, it’s extremely useful whether you’re a complete beginner or someone whose spent many years doing strength and conditioning programs.

Ever since I have started with combat…

Ever since I have started with combat lab I’ve felt my cardio and my mind have improve rapidly. Even when I’m in MMA fights or grappling fights i never get tired despite having nerves I never get tired as a result of the work I’ve done with combat lab. My mindset has changed a lot as a result of meditation and breathing exercises combat lab have given me. If you are an MMA fighter or even any type of sport man or sport women I’d highly recommend joining up with combat lab. Very professional and will put their all into making sure you achieve your full potential.

Great trainer with great S&C classes an…

Great trainer with great S&C classes an excellent app that provides personal meal plans, training videos and shows your progress. Over a couple of months I dropped over 13kg improved my diet and got much fitter. Shane alway kept in touch made easy changes and suggestions to keep me on track. Would highly recommend talking to Shane if your preparing for a sporting event or just looking to get fitter and healthier.

It was so good for me to be accountable…

It was so good for me to be accountable to Shane over the past 8 weeks .In joining up to Shanes plan it was very tough for the first week or two to break old habits .Shanes plan kept me grounded in sucseeding in his daily goals too help make all the difference in acheiving your mindset in realistic goal setting .I would highly recommend Shanes plan he is full of knowlegde and he is very skilled in his coaching .

World Class Coach!

I have always found it difficult to gain weight and muscle mass, so this year I decided to contact Shane regarding a training and nutrition plan - it was one of the best decisions I ever made! I have been working with Shane for the past few months and his knowledge on training and nutrition is second to none. He outlined a plan for me that was specific to my needs, and very easy to implement in my weekly schedule. I have since added on 3kg, reaching my highest ever weight and peak performance, and felt much healthier, happier and stronger in the process. The check-ins are fantastic for helping you keep on track, and everything about Shane’s programme is of the highest standard. As a martial artist, I asked for specific exercises to my sport while gyms were closed. Shane put together very detailed training plans for me during lockdown that I could do at home, and then designed a new plan when gyms reopened. He is extremely supportive, patient, and always gets back to me whenever I have questions. I highly recommend working with Shane, as he is the best in the business!

I completed my programme with Shane and the professionalism and dedication he gave was absolutely phenomenal, not to mention the patience. The results were amazing. I got to my goal weight and everything from my appearance to my energy levels improved dramatically. His knowledge and commitment was second to none and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Amazing young man with a gift to help people

i have trained in many gyms around and i have met alot of good trainers, but Shane stands head and shoulders above them all.
the way he approaches every aspect of training from nutrition to knowledge of every exercise and how the body functions under stress is nothing short of genius.
i can not recommend this young man enough whether you are beginning or a seasoned athlete, you will learn something from Shane.

I started with Shane in January and I couldn’t recommend him enough. I’ve lost 8kg. I eat clean and have my treats at the weekends. His plan has changed my life completely, I have so much more energy and have progressed so much with my fitness. Shane is always only a text away if you need him and always updates the food so that your not eating the same thing all of the time. I’ve never been as happy to have come this far I feel great and have a much healthier approach to food.

Shane was recommended to me by a friend…

Shane was recommended to me by a friend who achieved amazing results on his plan.
Shane is great for checking in and answering any questions you may have. Shane is excellent at his job and very helpful and patient.
During my plan I pulled ligaments in my ankle which restricted my exercise but Shane was quick to point out I could still work on my upper body. The plan is very doable with everyday foods in the diet.

Highly recommend

I couldn't recommend Shane enough! ⭐️ I signed up with Shane just after new years, I'm a crossfitter and I would train quite a bit and wanted to get back in shape and peek in my performance so I wanted to learn to fuel myself properly! I started my nutrition plan with him on the 5th of January and within a week the changes in my body shape, mood and energy was amazing! Shane is great for checking in with you to keep you accountable, make sure your doing okay and staying on track.
His recipes and meal plans are unbelievable, all full of flavour and so tasty, I enjoy eating healthy!!

I'be done 6 months now with Shane and iv never been happier. My progress pictures are unbelievable, I'm not bloated anymore and my overall performance in my training has peeked hugely!!
If your looking to lose weight, tone up or fuel properly for performance he's your man ☺️

Shane Smith is a fantastic Coach

Shane Smith is a fantastic Coach, accessible and conscientious in his approach to strength and conditioning. I had a severe issue with shin splints which would have cost a significant charge at local physios, Shane was able to advise a new mode of heel strikes which has resulted in weeks without any recurring issues. Cannot recommend him enough.

Been working with shane for the last 6…

Been working with shane for the last 6 months doing a weight loss plan.In that time I have went from 98kg to 80 kg while still keeping my strength and even hitting personal best on my lifts. Keeps everything simple and Answered any question i had. Would highly recommend him.

Highly recommend Shane

Highly recommend Shane, as a working mum of 4 small children I dont have much spare time, I found the plan Shane developed for me to fit within my current lifestyle there was no major changes to prep time and all the food is normal everyday food, it is all about been organised and Shane ia great to motivate. I found the accountability great especially the check-ins.

Shane was also very understanding and took into account everything from sleep to screen time and overall lifestyle. As i didnt have the energy for big workouts alot of the evenings, Shane got me started with 15 minute HIIT sessions which were great. I lost overall 4kg and 10 inches overall in the 8weeks. Looking forward to the long term results.. If your hesitating about starting just do it. You wont regret it. It was a big step for me but glad im started.
