SCAM! Customer service never responds. I washed the shorts in cold water per the website instructions and they shrunk. It turns out the label says DRY CLEAN. Which saves me from having to wear these poorly-made shorts which are basically nothing more than cheap shapeware. Seriously, you look like you’re wearing underwear.

I ordered and it wasn't right. I tried to send it back and get a refund and just kept getting the same BS auto response from their "customer support". I really wish there was a way to inform more people about this.

I should have read the reviews before ordering! I ordered 2 pair of shorts almost a month ago. I have not received any updates and each time is email the "company" i get the same canned response. BUYER BEWARE and read reviews before ordering from any company, but especially this one!!

Agree with everyone else here. A complete scam. The address says California, but this is a company that ships directly from China. The shorts are super cheap in both look and feel.

“BEWARE” DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are counterfeit and comes from China! You’ll never get a refund and you’ll never get a response!

I have recently ordered four shorts from this company almost two weeks ago expectantly waiting but it seems I have made a serious mistake. It's alarming how many bad reviews this company gets from unsatisfied customers which I was unaware of before I make my order. It's kind of like bolting the stable door after the horses have escaped. Please Comfy make a believer out of me else you outta close shop.

The water resistant pants I ordered for my trip to iceland were great quality and good fit.

Only problem, it LITERALLY took two months to get my order!!!! I didn't have them for my trip but I live in a rainy place and I travel frequently so ill keep themso I won't EVER order from them again!!!

I ordered shorts which were never sent. I’ve been ignored by email and when I called and spoke with someone was told, “we get a lot of emails”. TERRIBLE! Do not order anything from this company.

This Company really deserves NO STARS. I'm thoroughly frustrated and disappointed. I have attempted multiple times to contact them about the shorts I purchased from them. I purchased 4 shorts all large and they were more like extra small to small. I normally wear medium to large. Even when comparing the larges side by side they were not even the same sizes... and the quality, the quality was not good. I would have never purchased these if I had seen them in public. This company will not stand by their product nor will they respond to you when you try contacting them. If you want to waste your time and money, be sure to buy from Comfy Shorts..... NEVER AGAIN!!!

Load of rubbish and there not Quicksilver shorts as advertised. Poor quality material and stitching.

09620202YV363772T This transaction number was an order for (2) shirts. On 01/29/24 I received one shirt that was supposed to be a 3XL. It might fit my 12-year-old grandson but I could not even get my arm in the sleeves. I would like to cancel the other shirt and get my money refunded but I guess that is not in the cards. Scam do not order.

It has been almost 30 days have not received the package no shipping updates starting to wonder if this is a scam.

The products in the picture are not what you get. The shorts I ordered are supposed to be cotton fabric but they definitely are not. I've been unable to reach customer service so I could return them. They have high jacked pictures from other websites pretending they are theirs. I'm so tired of being scammed out of money.

First it took six weeks for the items that I ordered to arrive. (from China). Then they were about two sizes too small by U.S. size charts, and the material was of very questionable quality. When I tried to return them, I had to contact Paypal in order to even get a return address from them to send my order back to. I spent $24.85 to return them to someplace in Canada (near Toronto). and then the package was returned as "UNDELIVERABLE...not at this address". Any Paypal was of no further help to get a refund as they said I got the product that I ordered. So, in total I am out $95.00....but I would like to advise you..DO NOT use this company. Total ripoff.

Shorts took forever to be delivered, about 6 weeks. Finally received the shirts and they shrunk dramatically when I washed them. Not happy with product at all.

Package has been in Los Angeles for 9 days and there have been no shipping updates for 5 days. Phone number is disconnected and customer service email gets bounced back bc 'it may contain a virus'

I ordered blue shorts! When they arrived, they looked more green so I wanted to return them. I have sent at least 5 emails requesting help on how to return them for a refund. The 1st response asked for the order number which I gave to them. I haven't heard from them after that and any emails I sent after. I will never buy from them again. This has been around 2 weeks trying to get through to them.

First of all it took 6 weeks to get the product and it was NOTHING like it described. The materials were cheap - not Linen or Twill - as advertised. They were cut several sizes too small (a 3xL Men's were 26" inchest around....) Wrote the company and it was returned to me saying the link in my email contained a virus (it was a copy of their link to my product). PayPal has been unwilling to credit my money back or assist in flagging this company as the SCAM that it is. They copy pictures from reputable websites and pretends it is their product. DO NOT BUY!!!
