Used to be great sheets, no longer
The Company Store used to make great sheets. Not anymore. I’ve seen cheap sheets from Am@zon that are better quality than these. The fabric is coarse, the stitching is sloppy, the elastic on the fitted sheet wholly insufficient. They do not stay put on a 14 inch mattress. I will never buy anything from The Company Store again.

Unfortunately had to send all sheets back
Unfortunately, your company did not have a duvet cover that met my needs. I needed a regular twin and not an xl twin. Queen fitted sheets were sent in instead of twins. Of all the packages I did open there were what appeared to be grease marks on the items. I was very disappointed and had to send all the sheets back. On a positive note, the sheets were perfect in regards to texture… very soft and luxurious.

Misleading Promotions
I love your beautiful bedding and have ordered several times. However, the sheet set that I want most is too expensive and ALWAYS EXCLUDED FROM YOUR PROMOTIONS. I am angered by what I consider repetitive false advertising. I get my hopes up every sale, only to be disappointed. You may lose me as a customer.

Another great purchase!
I’ve ordered chair cushions from The Company Store before and knew the quality would be good, and the sunbrella fabric would hold up in weather. I bought these on sale so essentially got one cushion for free. The ordering process was simple. While initially told it’d take 4-6 weeks to receive my order, it arrived in less than 3 weeks. The quality is professional and color choice goes well with my custom Italian patio table top!

I love the quilt
I love the quilt, I bought another one and plan to buy more in the future. The colors and patterns, feel of fabric, ability to wash it in the washer, and the price are all what draws me to buy it. My husband also loves it, he compliments on it every time I put it on our bed!

I misread the description and didn't read it was only the cover not the pillow. I did have a coupon but still $17 for a cover and $8.99 for shipping is outrageous. I returned it but lost my $8.99 shipping and return shipping of $4.50 I think was deducted from my refund. Lesson learner

Product Warning + Disappointing Customer Service
The Classic Cool Cotton Percale Comforter was beautiful and so lovely to touch. But, within a week of having it, it ripped badly. My experience thereafter fell far short of the "award winning customer service" and"uncompromising quality" they claim on their website and in their marketing. There are no exchanges. After providing ample evidence of the defect, I was told the only option was to package up a king size comforter (including buying a big box) to ship it back which they will then refund in their own time (which I have experienced isn't quick). And then (or while I wait) I can go buy another comforter and hope for the best. The comforter was sold out and there was no offer to help find one or put me on a backorder list. I wasn't offered any discount on another comforter for my troubles. The comforter was beautiful, but the material very light, so be buyer be warned. I won't be shopping at the Company Store again.
