Scammers!

Scammers!

No fix no fee blatant lie in their fake website, if it's even a group and not just 1 thief.

They will take your laptop for some days to make it look as they are doing anything, will install only a few software to show they did anything but didn't fix anything.

They ignore all emails and put some friend taking the calls to make it look they are a company and that woman just ask all details about you (in the 2 calls i made) for nothing instead of giving the refund and only says they will contact soon, which they obviously never do because why would they when they can just earn 70£ for free.

Avoid like the plague.

Damaged computer on repair

I´m not happy at all with what Chris at Frimley has done to my laptop. I needed my screen replaced and ended up with the laptop case full of dents!
The case is so damaged! Plus the screen is not fitted properly. There are at least two areas where I can see gaps. After the complaint Chris have done the right thing and return the money.
