Very good customer service
I bought an ASROCK a310 graphics card from thecomputerstore.co.uk. It was the only place that had them in stock. I'd not heard of this store before and was slightly concerned when placing the order (I used PayPal to complete the transaction).
There was a slight issue with my order. Their supplier changed the stock status and said the item was actually out of stock. I was then given the option of another card at the same price. I accepted that offer and the item was dispatched. The original item then came back into stock and I was given the option of cancelling the dispatched item and proceeding with the original item.
thecomputerstore.co.uk managed to recall the item that had been sent out and then sent me the originally item.
I am very happy with that level of customer service and will be using this shop again.
