Hello Viola, we are very sorry to hear this. Your order was despatched the same day it was received and unfortunately, on this occasion, Royal Mail has let us down, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Our website does advise customers that deliveries may be subject to delays, which is understandable at a time like this.

Absolutely love my rainbow
Absolutely love my rainbow, it glows beautifully in the sunshine and a lovely way to show support for the NHS.
The rabbit and eggs also made a great Easter display that I can keep year in year out!

My Paper Dreams delivery arrived promptly and securely packaged. The colours are vibrant and designs are effective, making them the perfect way to brighten up our celebration in a simple way.
Each decoration was easy to assemble and can be stored flat again after use (winner!) - Very impressed!

Really pleased with the product and the great service too.
Really pleased with our Christmas trees and with the very speedy service too. I ordered on one day and received my order the next. Would most definitely use Paper Dreams again and would highly recommend them to friends.
