First class from start to finish completed the external and internal conservatory conversion in two days just the painter to come guys we’re extremely hard working and professional clean and tidy I would highly recommend this company

The fitters were excellent, very hard working. The weather was very hot when they fitted our roof but the boys never stopped and finished our job in two days.
Overall I am delighted with the work and finish well done our team.
The one downside of the whole thing is the guarantee, it’s all about what is not covered and makes me worried whether we have done the right thing using this company. I now have real concerns about the strength of our roof.

I am very pleased with my conservatory conversion. The team has done a marvellous job. Robbie and his team worked nonstop and cleaned up as they worked. The electrician was very efficient and completed the wiring for the lights quickly and with little mess that was cleaned up quickly. I am especially pleased with the plastering. The painter did a wonderful job and tidied up as he worked. The finished job has been greatly admired by friends and family. I now can sit in it during hot summer days, where as before it was far too hot. Deborah at head office has been very helpful. There was a small snagging job to be done and she arranged for it to be done as quickly as possible. Ricky completed the snagging. He has done a wonderful job. All credit to the whole team for a job well done. I should have had the conversion done years ago.

A very professional, organised and polite company. Our roof was completed so quickly and each trade knew exactly what they were doing. We are very happy with our new roof. A very reasonable price as well. Special mention to Fraser who is an extremely knowledgeable salesman, very friendly and no sales pressure was used.

End product (roof) is excellent and was installed on schedule, if not earlier.

All tradesmen were friendly and professional. Everything was left clean and tidy and all excess material was removed.

Good planning and coordination. Workmen were friendly, punctual and kept us informed as they went on. Joiners, plasterer and painter all took care cleaning up. Large conservatory had roof and ceiling built in six working days. Very pleased with the new sun room.

The reason for giving 4 stars is the painter let the company down

Really pleased with our conservatory, we already see a difference in the temperature of our downstairs as we are open plan. Would’ve been a higher rating but a member of the staff let them down and the painter said he only had one roller so he couldn’t paint the wall which had been riddled and re plastered at bits for the lights. The plaster crumbled and needs refilling along with the wall needing painted, this was undertaken by ourselves, couldn’t be bothered with the hassle. They sent us the final bill that night for job completed, which it wasn’t but we paid it.

Start to finish perfect All dealings with everyone from the rep/office staff workmen from all the trades 10 out of 10 could not fault it in any way

A job well done, quick, professional, the team have undertaken hundreds of conservatory roof conversions, so they were experts at the trades required. The electrician and painter also did a very good job.

it would have been a 5 however the painting was not amazing. Specifically around the windows where it was painted on some of the roof windows and not given bits enough of a coat. Even on the PVC so not very tidy and of course the finishing is important as that’s what you see on top of all the great work they did.

Staff on time , polite , willing to go the extra mile to help customer, able to answer all questions , Follow up phone calls with information required,All this despite terrible weather conditions

All of the people who worked on our Conservatory Roof conversion (internal and external) were very pleasant and professional.
They turned up when they said they would and just got on with the work.
The office kept us informed and when I thought we had a very minor problem with the roof, I spoke to Garry in the office and he sent someone out to check it first thing the next morning.

The finished product is excellent. The people who carried out the work were of a very high standard. The office staff were efficient and helpful.
The only problem we had was the delay in obtaining the Local Authority building warrant. This was due to the lack of a structural engineers report. This took nearly a year to obtain. However I understand the company has made alternative arrangements to overcome this issue.

Can’t speak highly enough of this company for their professionalism and quality of workmanship. Robbie and Cammi did an excellent job fitting the roof and were friendly and polite as well as the electrician, plasterer and painter - could fault any of the tradesmen. Clear instructions set out in emails from head office so we knew exactly what to expect and fitting timescales went seamlessly. Very impressed and highly recommended.
