The Conservatory Converters did a fantastic job and we are delighted with the outcome.
We were kept well informed from beginning to end of the work being carried out.

Having had my conservatory roof replaced by this company I experienced water ingress at several points.
I was thoroughly messed about by office staff and had to eventually contact Trading Standards.
I know that there are several positive reviews on here and if you were one of them then good luck to you but it wasn’t my experience from a company who blamed birds pecking my roof to poor materials.
I have had ‘ponding’ on my roof since it was fitted and it looks like after 5 years the whole thing will have to be redone.
Please don’t waste your money on this company.
I read the glowing reviews but I think it was family and friends who wrote them.

Excellent service from start to finish. All the guys that came were hard working and very tidy cleaning up everything after themselves. The finished roof is great and we can really feel the benefit already. Our conservatory will now be an all year room instead of being too hot or too cold at various points. The girls in the office were great keeping me updated as work progressed through the various stages -roof fitting -plastering-painting. Highly recommend this company.

Inside of conservatory completed and delighted with it. Each person from start to finish very efficient - came on time , worked hard , tidied up. Roof was insulated, plastered & painted. Outside will be done when weather better as need temperature above 8c for type of roof. I choose to get done separately , but could have waited and got together. Choice which I was delighted about. Cost transparent no hidden extras. Wished I had got it done years ago.
Now had the external done - the men were great - worked extremely hard everything done to an extremely high standard. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Very professional crew, with various trades dovetailing perfectly with the others. Very clean workers, and absolutely no issues with any of them. Fantastic communication from the office as well. Thoroughly recommended!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The team were professional, detailing the options available for improving my conservatory roof. I opted for the EcoComfort Internal Insulation System. There was no hard sell or pressure for me to go with a full roof replacement. The difference in heat retention is outstanding I honestly wish I had done this years ago! Thank you Team

Great experience from conservatory converters, lots of information given from the start. Professional, started and finished when they said the would.

They came when they said they would, worked quietly and quickly and were clean and tidy in doing so and it did not take long to do the job. Slight delay in getting the plaster work done but that was followed a few days later by the painter. Task completed. A great well finished job, no complaints or cause for concern

Everything went as planned, really pleased with the finished job.

We had a garage conversion done by this company. After a year and one week, we reported to them that the radiator pipes, underneath the floor had been leaking. They replied that the warranty for plumbing was one year and refused to thereafter converse with us and did not reply to our emails.
We also complained about the finishing to the ceiling and sent them photographs. Again they ignored this.
With regards to the radiator pipes. We got a joiner in who lifted the floor. On inspecting the pipes, it was clearly evident that the cause of the leak was a saw, probably used in the cutting of the insulation. Again photographs were sent and once again they were ignored.
Absolutely appalling after-service. Complaints were ignored and it was felt by us that after they received our money, they did not care one bit.
Avoid them at all costs. Photographs will be made available to those who want proof. If We could post them here if we would. We would highly NOT RECOMMEND.

From start to finish they were absolutely fantastic, keeping me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend them. I love my new room
