Ordered a set of knives a month ago. Tracking has no updates until finally saying it was being returned to sender. Multiple emails to their customer support with absolutely no response. No refunds. Too much money to spend on something that is clearly a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Do not order to Europe
Do not order anything to Europe. The company is sending via UPS and they are known for loosing their packages. This just happened to me - no one knows where are my knives which I ordered more than a month ago. UPS is sending me to my local post office (but God knows which one). The company is sending me tracking number that doesn't work. Can't say anything about knives though, they never came.

After a lot of patience and getting two differnt tracking numbers that dont work I am extremely disappointed. I looked back at the order and I see its 25+ days for shipping which in the world of e-commerce is unheard of!! UPS Worldwide Economy is 5-12 business days. What is going on here? The follow up is slow and I read the other 5 star reviews and it doesnt make sense. I am also an avid follower of the videos on Facebook, again, fantastic quality and content. Two Polish guys living in Ireland and sending knives from the US. Interesting. Really very disappointed and close to cancelling my order.

Not only are the knives beautiful, they perform like they look. Perfect. We have guests over a lot and are always getting comments on our Dynasty set.

I have the entire Dynasty set, now working on the Nomad series. Better than my Wusthoff or Heinkels(sp?) knives.

Nothing went wrong , quality blades at a good price

I recently purchased the ONYX Damascus Steel Cleaver and it unfortunately was lost in the mail. When I reached out to customer service to explain the situation "Eddie" quickly reacted to place another order and have it shipped right away. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and I believe I'll only be ordering knives from the Cooking Guild from now on. Keep providing amazing customer service!!!

I've been using my knife set for 3 months and I am in love! The knives are so well balanced, comfortable to use and most importantly....still SO SHARP. Also, The Cooking Guild has created an incredible community which is so inclusive and provides such delicious recipes! Will 100% be purchasing again for all my friends who cook and highly recommend to anyone whos looking for a great knife!

Literally best knives ever used hands down! I’ve dabbled using a few different “chef knives” and these are most definitely the best performance, as well as amazing looking, with quality materials. Highly recommend them! Post videos all the time on IG with them @TheRelentlessBp

I just got my filet knife last night and can't wait to use it. I've ordered a full set of Nomad knives for my daughter for Christmas
She saw my filet knife and she literally was drooling. I ordered one of the knives from this demonstration and a Nomad slicing knife. I just wish it hat the fork to go with it.

I have the Dynasty Series and had my set since March 2023 and still have not needed to sharpen them.
We use them every day. My favourite is the Dynasty Series Santoku it’s a perfect all rounder knife.
All in all a bloody good set of steal. 👍
Some of my friends and family have also purchased a few of the same style knifes.

Just waiting for the sheaths now and I’ll be all set 👍

We received the knife within a few days of ordering. We really like the knife and use it daily.

Overall my experience with your company has been great. Your website is very user friendly - finding the knives I wanted to purchase was easy. Delivery and packaging was great - knives came as depicted, brand new in packaging - and fast delivery. No issues on use and durability. Overall very satisfied with the company and the knives.

I purchased this for my husband and he has nothing but good things to say! Everything arrived perfectly.

I have made two purchases with The Cooking Guild. My first one was about a month ago. Everything shipped very timely and with no issue. Second time was a week ago. Made the purchase on July 10th and now its July 18th and have received no communication. I sent several emails and no response. I finally tracked down the fullfillment warehouse in Utah that ships the products. Well I spoke to a very nice person that told me oh yes we we have your order but because an item is on backorder the policy is ship all or nothing, Would have been nice to get an email or anything from TCG to explain this. She said well email them and tell them to ship out what is ready. If I could get an email response maybe I would.

The quality and craftsmanship of the knives is amazing, better than I thought it would be. Sharp, very sharp. I will absolutely be purchasing more knives. So worth the investment.

My wife gave me a Bushcraft Fillet Knife this past Christmas. I waited until salmon fishing season to use it was it was definitely worth the wait!!! It filleted my salmon with ease and I even used it to descale the fish. It’s so sharp that o had to use the back of the blade when descaling to avoid cutting through the skin! Best fillet knife I’ve ever used!!!

My wife got me the dynasty hero set for Christmas thirst knifes are high quality and sharp keep an edge very well very impressed had a minor defect in a blade and the customer service experience has been fast and amazing highly recommend these knoves
