It is overpriced already but then I received a bill from UPS for duty of $46.27. These days most companies have arranged their shipping so the duty does not apply. They advertise shipping to Canada but do not advise you of the duty charges. Very disappointing and I recommend Wayfair, Etsy or anyone else.

delivery was quick and customer service was brilliant when designing and discussing what was to be engraved on the front

I was very disappointed with my experience.

This order was for a time-sensitive birthday gift and still waiting for it. The delay was caused by production issues on the company’s side, but this was not disclosed at the time.
Instead, I was told the order was being prepared and ready for dispatch, which later turned out to be inaccurate.

While a small partial refund was eventually offered, it did not reflect the inconvenience or the impact of the delay.

Customers deserve clearer and more honest communication, especially when delays are due to internal production issues and the order is for a special occasion.

AVOID unless you dare to take a risk. No idea if this site is a scam, I am assuming it is as I placed an order on the 29th December and still haven't received my item. Customer Service is absolutely shocking and I'm giving up on expecting the parcel to arrive...

I ordered two items—one as a gift and one for myself. Even though I placed the order well in advance on January 4, 2026, and the estimated delivery time was 3–5 business days, the order still hasn’t shipped after 10 days. No shipping details have been provided, and despite emailing customer support three times, I haven’t received a single response.

As a result, the gift will not arrive on time, which is extremely disappointing.

At this point, I hope it arrives at all, because I am wodering if this site is a scam.

Don’t usually write reviews but feel the lack of care here needs to be called out. Ordered a cork box as a Christmas present for my elderly relative. Instead of being delivered to the delivery address no attempt was made to deliver to the house, and instead taken to a collection point over 2 miles away. This resulted in an elderly person walking this distance to pickup the parcel when I’d paid for delivery to a specific address. Response from cork box was that this was not for them to deal with and that it was the couriers fault, even though I was a customer of the cork box not the courier. Total lack of customer service, and not to mention the fact I’d paid for express home delivery but I never got a home delivery!

Ordered a wine box for my daughter’s bridal shower. The box and etching are beautiful and delivery was very quick. They also customized the date with the month written in full instead of numbers (e.g. May vs 05). Would definitely recommend.

I purchased the Map box for an anniversary, showing where my wife and I were married. I put in the correct address and it all looked good on the order screen, but when it arrived the Map marker/pin was in the wrong spot, so it has some how wandered between that image and completion, they even acknowledged that I did enter the correct address. Their offer was to do a new one for $50USD, which in itself is expensive even if it wasn't to fix an error. On the positive side, their incorrectly etched box did arrive promptly!
