I had a query on my account, and got in touch. I found the advisor Sviatoslav to be incredibly helpful, professional and patient. I could not fault their helpfulness and wonderful ability to sort my query. They gave me peace of mind and sorted the confusion. Always friendly, qualified employees in the support service - provide quick and detailed consultations. I use the card through the application, as well as through Google Pay. Unable to reopen account. This feature hasn't been implemented. The rules don't state that if you have closed your account you won't be able to open it.

My previous review "flagged" from the credit things side.

Criminals, Zero notifications of payment due, Failed to take regular payment

I have left several reviews for this company each time I have a new experience and once again I am forced to leave another as once again, this company and it's criminal ways are damaging me and my credit score in more ways than you can imagine.

Firstly, I'm going to start by imploring you NOT to set-up or start a relationship with this company, they are criminals and continuously fail to notify you of due payments and fail to take regular payments even if you have them set-up.

I have had two complaints open with this company and have now opened a third.

I am taking my previous complaint forward with the FOS as this company is just filled with criminals and they will not admit when they are wrong, even when you provide them with screenshot PROOF of the errors.

8 Dec 2022 was my first review for the company on here, read that for a full break down as it is essentially a repeat of what happened once again.

I would have rated this company 5 star but it has just left me right in it I paid back my account in full expecting to be able to use it again only to be told I wasn’t able to because they are changing the way they give access to credit my account was always paid back in full each month raised a complaint which came back telling me nothing more than what was said in my chat to the agent claiming an email was sent out on the 2/12/22 which wasn’t has left me over Christmas with Covid and no money even after telling them I had nothing to do over this period they weren’t even intrested “the credit thing “ the credit company which doesn’t do credit a joke

Always quick responses and resolution from start to finish. You don't need to go anywhere to get help, everything is convenient and fast on the phone and at any time of the day. A big plus is the possibility of communication in the Ukrainian language.
