Non Existent Customer Service
Absolutely shocking service! Super disappointed as I love the store, however, one of my items was not in my order and I have been trying to contact them for over a month to rectify the issue. I have emailed and had nothing back, called only to be hung up on by the automated service (it rings out because nobody ever answers) I even tried to leave a voicemail and I sent an instagram message but have heard absolutely nothing from this company. Beginning to feel like I have been scammed so it seems my only option is to post about it here in the hopes that someone sees it and contacts me because I still want to hope they they haven't just conned me out of a £30 black obsidian pyramid.

Other than its huge and glows bright. The miners must have had to dig deep. Hope the science works [let you know]. Fabulous piece of rock. Have it on my top floor looking out to sea hope the boats don't think its a lighthouse.
