Website Design Zilla aka Custom Website Agency and Krazy Designs Lab. This company has so many company names

They are in Pakistan instead of what they claimed to be in the USA in their ad

On krazydesignslab*com which is a one of the many company websites made by this scammer group. All the employee profiles are made up, and all those names Brian Williams or Jason Smith are made up. They use the most common white American names but unfortunately their south Asian accent betrayed them while they were on the phone with me.

They would take the money without providing the service you pay for

They impersonated me to send out fake email conversations as an evidence to stop the bank refund my money.

I HAVE PAID FOR A FEW DIFFERENT ITEMS AND DO NOT HAVE ONE SINGLE ONE COMPLETE. SWITCHED AGENTS ABOUT 4 TIMES AND NO LONGER ANSWER THE PHONE. I DO NOT RECOMEND USING THEM.
THEY HAVE SWITCHED FROM NICK TO GEORGE AND ERIC. NO CONTRACT AND NO FOLLOW UP. I WILL SUPPORT THIS WITH EMAILS AND TEXTS.

Very terrible to work with always hard to get ahold of them was supposed to receive a refund when i changed my mind on something and they say that it has processed on their end but i never received it. took multiple months to finally reach a good design i liked and once i said yes the disappeared again and didnt respond to emails. the only way to get in touch with them is by calling them and hope that they dont give you the run around.

I am really upset. I paid upfront, added services, they are always trying to upsell you. Website has not been completed and they will not answer my calls or emails. I want my files so I can complete on my own, will never recommend them. Peter Brown and Nick Watson please make this right, if in fact you are genuine.

They are hard to work with .. designs are subparat this point we want a refund but the companys not contacting us anymore
