So disappointed with the total lack of customer service from this company. Ignoring all my emails advising they have sent me the wrong order.
I ordered a Personalized Cartoon Man Wooden Wall Art and not only have they sent me a canvas instead, it looks nothing like the picture I uploaded. It was a present for my husband's birthday and cost £60 and so far I have received no acknowledgement or apology. What do I have to do to get this error put right when I can't get any response from Custom Fairy? Disgusted!

Very very upset, took our money for the order we Placed. It’s been over 11 days and we still haven’t heard anything about our order. The email DOES NOT WORK and no phone number either to ask about my order.
Someone please please help me.

I ordered a wooden wall art picture a few years ago which was brilliant so I ordered another but this time it was awful. They said they couldn't get hold of the wood so if I had canvass it would be the same, but it wasn't I was so disappointed I will never order again.

Really did not want to do this however I have nowhere else to go. I paid £200 for 4 wooden portraits. 2 are brilliant! 1 has the incorrect names and the other is awful. I have emailed 4 times, tried to contact by Facebook messenger and also contacted twice on their contact page but no response at all! This is really bad service.

We received no response from this company after two weeks of order. However, money was taken immediately after placing the order. No contact number on their website or response to multiple inquiry emails or cancellation requests. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

After initial issues with the wall art the company re worked my art and delivered promptly hence I Hv gone from 1 star to 5. Great product thank you!

I have ordered from custom fairy and I'm very satisfied with their work. I love my pictures that I have recieved. They are great for gifts if you don't know what to give to family or friends. And they are prompted with there delivery. I have ordered 2 more from custom fairy and will continue to do so when needed

All I can say is DO NOT HESITATE to buy one of their photo character pictures! Bought one for my wife for Valentines Day and she absolutely loves it!! The likeness is fabulous and quality is amazing!…. One of the better gift ideas out there and a shared keepsake you will love!…. I will surely be ordering more! Fantastic customer service and speedy shipping on top of it all 👍

amazing products..i have got 3 so far..and the one they did for my sons engagment, i asked him to combine 2 pictures of my son, to his expression..what an amazing job. i just love the product so much
