After looking at different services and their reviews, I chose Lynn since she offered a more personalised approach, while the others offered only messaging as communication option. What I do is not complicated, but just setting the scene to explain the dynamics of the business and what my roles were, it's something I could not have done over email. We had two Skype calls, the first one to review my current CV and experience, probing the right questions, and the second one to go over any questions and comments I had on the draft, to ensure I was happy with how it was shaping up. Needless to say I am very happy with the service, but most importantly, with the end result.
