Worst service customer. Tried to immediately delete my order so I could add more to my order, couldn't do that so I ordered again anyway. And immediately contacted customer service and got a canned response denying any and all changes. Also ordered a hard copy set of books and got the digital set instead. Worst customer service ever. Will not be ordering from here again.
I ordered 6 items from The Daily Grace Company. They were delivered earlier that promised with great communication through the purchase and delivery cycle. When the shipment arrived there was a problem with one item. I emailed Daily Grace right away and received a response within two hours to resolve the issue. The agent was very responsive and kind. I will be ordering from Daily Grace again and recommending this company to others.
I absolutely love their products HOWEVER, they use judge me as their third party review company and do not post many of their negative reviews on products.
When I asked specifically about this, because (I left a bad review on 2 particular products and 4 months later it’s still not posted.) I was told they just hadn’t gotten to mine yet. But yet positive reviews are left immediately. I’m hesitant to order from them due to this what appears to be dishonest practice
